I woke in the morning to a temp of 54 degrees. I checked the pilot on my furnace and it was off. I tried to light the pilot, but it would not start. I called West View heating & Cooling at 5 am to schedule a service call (which was the lowest price service call fee I had found). The call was answered immediately and the technician walked me through some self-help steps before scheduling the call. It turned out I was not lighting the pilot light correctly. I followed his instructions and have heat again.

I had an emergency no heat 50 degrees in the house.. called Tom and he was over in minutes. I watched him diagnose the problem, been doing this over 40 years and found out exactly what the problem was in minutes. If you need a furnace guy near Fairview, Tom is your guy! Tom to the rescue!

This company does great work and puts the customer first. Tom is professional and cares about the customer. He is worried about getting things fixed and customer satisfaction rather then just a pay check like other companies. My family has been using his company for years and we have never been disappointed.

Dunno who works the phones here but i tried to get a standard service call for my A/C and got hung up on while checking the number was right. Then called back and got a very blunt "we cant help you" in return.

Are the actual service guys nice? Who knows! But you gotta get past their version of Janine to get to em!

It's a great place to do business with, good guy. Very trustworthy. Tom Chew shows up on time, cleans up the mess, and he goes out of his way to make things right at a fair price. When he says he will be there, he shows up on time. He uses quality material. He explains himself in a very understandable manner.
