We've used this company the last 3 times we needed a plumbing fix in our home and each time has been great. The owner was doing the service each time and his skills and professionalism showed every visit. A fine local company and would recommend to anyone who would need a fix.

It is so good to know that there are good people still on this planet who help others in a time of need. This place helped me out with a plumbing issue on one of the hardest days of my life. The day of my dad's funeral, someone clogged the toilet 2 hours before I was expecting a house full of people. The lady I spoke to (Sue) couldn't have been nicer and Mike was at my house and took care of everything in no time. I appreciate it very much and highly recommend Royal Flush!

Great service from Mike! I didn’t realize I had a time window and kinda got confused so royal flush came out while I was gone. I called and they were so kind enough to come back. I had three toilet issues with different problems and thought they were huge, and one sink that would not drain or dispose. All were quick fixes and got done with everything within 30min! Mike was very kind and informative with tips. The best thing of all was the fair price.

To truly capture my gratitude for Royal Flush Plumbing, my review would be the length of a small novel, so I'll just provide the highlights.

My husband and I tried replacing our kitchen faucet, without knowing one of our shut off valves was broken. Mid replacement, we had water exploding out from underneath our sink. Panicked and with a 1 year old running around, we called Royal Flush and within 10 minutes (honestly, it could have been 5) the owner was at our house on a Sunday at 5:30pm, no less.

He quickly fixed the problem, and properly replaced our faucet. He was professional and kind, and didn't make us feel silly for royally screwing up what should have been an easy DIY.

This is the third time Royal Flush has been to our house for a repair, and have had the same great experience each time. We will continue to use Royal Flush for all our future (hopefully limited!) plumbing issues!

I had an emergency leaky main shutoff valve in my home, and Royal Flush was the only one available to rescue us. Mike, was ably to stop the leak, but ultimately needed the City of Cleveland to unblock our main shutoff at the curb. He called the city for us, and he didn't charge us until he could come back and replace our valve. I appreciate how quick, courteous and professional everyone was with us. I would definitely recommend them again.

Royal Flush Plumbing has serviced us on several occasions. They’ve always done professional work at a fair, reasonable price. Recently they replaced our water heater (which went kaput suddenly). Service was quick, efficient with no hassle, no mess, no fuss. These guys are great.

We called Royal Flush on the recommendation of our realtor Chris Bergin. We had a sump pump issue last night and Mike talked us through the issue and ended up coming out to replace our sump pump. He was polite and respectful and we are so appreciative to have them available on a Saturday night like that! We will have them out to complete a few more things but are so relieved to not have to worry about getting water in our basement. I highly recommend!

Chris, the owner, came out to repair our garbage disposal. He was really great to work with and was exceedingly professional. Being a newer homeowner, he also gave us information my husband and I did not know prior and we are extremely grateful for the learning opportunity (as both of us did not have a garbage disposal growing up - we didn't know). I will be using Royal Flush again in the future and we appreciate their services.

We had a perennial plumbing/drainage issue that Royal Flush looked into fully and diagnosed. It turned out to be kind of a major problem - aged out, cracked/collapsed clay pipe below the basement floor - and Royal Flush fixed it completely and professionally in as neat, clean and timely a manner as possible. The fix took about a half day. And in the end, we were very happy with the repair, their work process, and the relative good value for what had to be done. (we had a quote from another company that was so much higher!) Major repairs are never pleasant or inexpensive - but Royal Flush made it all as tolerable as possible. They have become our go-to plumber.

I had a pipe burst on me overnight, call these guys and Shila contacted the tech and they out same day and fixed. These guys have been great, I have use them for my pass 4 plumbing issues and each time they are very professional and down to earth guys. I highly recommend.

Had an old sink drain pipe break inside my wall. Fast and professional service, and fair and honest pricing. WAY lower than those other big companies in Cleveland by at least $1,500 bucks! Highly recommend!!!

Is always a pleasure to do business with them. Quick efficient reasonable and their secretary, Sheila is professional amazing, and keeps customers up to date with arrival times. Not only did they put a backflow preventer in last fall for me, they were out today to install two washer hoses and did an amazing job. I wouldn't recommend any other plumber.

I had a great experience with Royal Flush Plumbing. I had a small job replacing two shut off valves with ball valves. I was able to get pricing quickly and found it very reasonable. The work was well done and quick. One of the ball valves was actually moved to the other side of a 90 degree to make any future repairs even easier. I will be a repeat customer as I get to more house projects.

They did a fantastic job replacing a T and clean out on our property and had to dig way down to do it. We appreciate their professionalism and willingness to prioritize our situation which was our sewer line backing up into our utility room. The price was very fair for the job that was done.

Chris is amazing and he truly went above and beyond for me. Even though Royal Flush is normally closed on the weekends, Chris read my email and called me back on Saturday morning. He drove out to my house a half hour later to see if he could troubleshoot the problem and offered to come out on Sunday to do a replacement if he was not able to fix it.

This is what I call the Royal treatment. Thank you again Chris! I will definitely contact you the next time I need a plumber and will highly recommend you to my family and friends.
