My first personal experience having them repair a broken Whirlpool freezer door was a complete success - they are very responsive with flexible scheduling and the installation performed by Ross showed true mastery of the craft. Cheap replacement parts for my Samsung dryer! Belt and pully for 40 bucks! Samsung wants $44.00 for the pully alone. I got to the store and compared them they are exactly the same part for a discounted price.

I normally get my appliance parts from Rapco and they are very knowledgeable with helping you to get part numbers, etc. Only thing I have an issue with is their return policy. If you open the package and it is the wrong part, they will not take it back. I typically like going to the "local guy" but Amazon or someone online will take back something that has been opened.

Needed a part on a Saturday afternoon, not only did they have it , but gave me excellent advice on installation, HIGHLY recommended, been in the repair business for 20+ years and would be the only place I would go in the area.

After having them repair my oven previously, I had them repair my dryer last year. They were a joy to talk to. Very helpful. Let my daughter watch them work and saved us from having to buy a new dryer. They even did the repair in a way that would improve the longevity of the dryer. One of the few places I would recomend. While he was more than capable of making the repairs, he was upfront in letting me know that the cost would exceed the value of the machine.

Ross was honest in his assessment, explaining that although the repairs would resolve the immediate issue, the age of the washer meant that other problems could soon follow. He recommended replacing the unit rather than spending money on repeated repairs. What stood out to me was that Ross isn’t in the business of selling appliances, yet he still took the time to give thoughtful recommendations on where to find the best value locally.

Washing machine pump broke during the holidays. Online places were a few days for delivery, these guys had the pump in stock for 25% less than any other local places and fast friendly service. Would highly recommend.

Always an awesome experience. Needed inlet valve for a dishwasher. She was patient with me as we tried to figure out the right part number. They always have what I need in stock. One time they didn't, I got it the very next day. Price on the inlet valve was surprisingly good. So glad Rappco is here.

I just recently bought a home and there were several, several problems with the electricity. Janusz Jaworski came over for 4 days until all of my electrical problems were fixed and up to date. He even added new lights so I could see in my laundry room. I highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done. He's very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

No stars really....Spoke with CSR twice for return call - no return call in a week. Also emailed through the site between speaking with CSR - no return call that way either. I guess that shows how service would be and how much customer service and communication means to them.

Called for a quote. They gave me a two hour window on when they could show up to my place to take a look at all the work that needed to get done. They didn't show up on time, so now I'm just waiting and wasting my time.
