Sent only one cleaner to my 1500 sqft house. She took 8 hours to clean my bathroom and kitchen(which everything at eye level was clean what about the tops of my appliances? 👀) . Left chemicals on the floor too long and stained them…The things I asked for and was quoted for that were never completed were walls and trim wash, and the finished basement was never even attempted. I understand that they offer a reclean as part of their policy if you are unhappy but when I asked I was offered the same cleaner for another full day of work and I’m sorry but it’s not worth it. They will not give you your money back as well. The ratings were so high I did not anticipate having any issues but here I am! Good luck finding a cleaner hopefully it’s not this one! <3

I had a rental place where the people left it not very nice called serenity clean they sent Brooke over she handled it like a pro she did an amazing job I'm at peace with the cleaning that was done and feel more comfortable now

Rebecca was so effective and kind and understanding! Quick too! Girl didn’t waste time and left nothing in her wake of cleanliness. Serenity never disappoints!

Very through and detailed clean. My apartment looks amazing! Their team let me know about delays, then called when it was done. The cleaner followed my notes and was really nice about my cat (he tries to escape). 10/10 would recommend and use again.

Edit 6/3/24 - Have to change my review to 4 stars. While Danny was awesome, communication from the company itself has been difficult. I believe the company relies a bit too much on automated texts and self service portals. These are great unless you need something that doesn’t fit a check box. I suggest they offer more ability to connect directly.

5/20/24 Just had my first clean with Serenity. My cleaner Danny was so thorough and conscientious. Definitely pleased - highly recommend.

Our home looks very good. Happy to say our cleaner did great.

Hired this service to do a move in clean. I paid over 500$ and they barely cleaned anything. Cabinets, fridge, baseboards weren’t even touched (pictures from right after they left)

I called to get a refund and they sent another person out to fix some of it but we were moving in by then. They refunded some of the services but I still paid 400$ for the worst cleaning I’ve ever had. Absolutely do not use this place. They didn’t even apologize.

Response to owner: You absolutely did not make it right. The partial refund was for less than 10% of the cost and it was only after I specifically requested it 4 times. Your area manager contacted me sure, after I had left several messages, and 'making it right' was contingent on me deleting this review. I absolutely cannot emphasize enough that this cleaning service sucks and it starts with management that does not care.

Kristin was the most thorough, professional, caring and absolutely without a doubt, the best cleaner that I’ve EVER had in my home before. The owner should truly feel fortunate and honored to have an employee like her on his team!!! She went above and beyond in the cleaning of my home. Not only was she extremely thorough and professional, she was a joy to interact with and she has a vet friendly demeanor! The young man that came to my house yesterday didn’t even dust!!!

Showed up late; with one person instead of the two we paid for. Told me the other person would be there in an hour. After an hour I called and was told 30 minutes, then they had car problems and wouldn't be coming. Then I was told they cleaner that WAS there would be done by 6pm.

by 6:45pm I asked them to leave and just have to go elsewhere as 3 rooms were not touched; and even ones that were were not done.

Not a great first. Only leaving one star because you can't leave zero.

Update: Spoke with manager offered a full refund. They called me the next day a different manager to tell me that IF I removed this review THEN I would get refunded... basically trying to blackmail me into removing the review.

I paid the cleaner $120 in cash; yes - because I was told if I got a refund he wouldn't be paid at ALL and I'm human and have empathy. He was on his own for a deep clean and I wasn't going to punish him because serenity didn't have a second person.

THREE ROOMS WERE NOT EVEN TOUCHED in the cleaning of the house that was "almost done" - in a 3bd, 2 bth house.

I'll simply leave it at this: there's not reason to withhold a refund until I removed my review; it's not legal. And if it's recorded; you can share the call from the call 10:20am ET on 5/30.

And if it was as great and 'near done' as is being claimed by the company they wouldn't have given me a full refund - then come back and claimed everything I said was untrue. If they were in the right why refund my in full; and then call me a liar?

Was under the impression i hired a team of cleaners to clean my 2 bedroom ranch style home i just moved out of...home was empty. Not a team of cleaners. U get one cleaner. They ask what u want cleaned, if u didn't ask for anything else, they won't do it. They don't clean windows on the outside. I paid extra hoping it was going to be a great job. They asked for $470, I paid $500 for extras and the cleaner wouldnt do the extras when she got there. Also, I was expecting ATLEAST 2 cleaners....but got only got 1. I paid for a team of cleaners! Also, took the full amount money out of my bank account before the job was even done. And if u ask me, the job never got fully done. When I tried calling, they wouldn't pick up the phone and sent me automated robot texts instead. Terrible service!!!!!!!!!! The place is ran by a man....go figure.

Tyler and the Cleveland cleaning crew are rockstars. I hired them for a one time house cleaning and will be using them again for ongoing services. Great value for the service!

Rebecca was fantastic! Great job cleaning my home and was very kind and personable. She didn't mind my kids bothering her while she worked and was so nice to them and my dog. If I ever use this service again, I hope she is the one to clean again!

Amazing job, I HIGHLY recommend this service. I had Alvin who cleaned my apartment and his attention to detail (even with my clutter) was impeccable. This was by far the best experience with cleaners. Jay who organized scheduling is also incredibly helpful. So glad I went with this service.
