I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and quality of workmanship.
After having 8 puppies running around for 8 wks 7 of which I was sick my cleaner had her work cut out for her. Bless her! Even my husband was impressed and said she did a great job vs the normal it's ok!

Rebecca is absolutely fabulous! She has been cleaning for us for many months now. In that time we had a baby and accumulated much more stuff than we had before! Rebecca seamlessly transitioned to cleaning the house as it looks now and goes above and beyond each visit adding personal touches like a fanned out tissue and refilling our diaper caddy. She is polite, kind, and flexible in where she starts pending when the baby needs nap. She is absolutely phenomenal and we are so lucky to have her!

This place is a gem. Had a washing machine problem. Found a video on YouTube to fix it. Searched for the part online and called around. Rapco was cheaper than anyone else - even Amazon. They ordered the part. It was there in 2 days. Picked it up. Fixed the washer. Saved a ton. Super happy.

Hidden Gem! I found a piece of hard to find polyethylene tubing for my lg fridge when nobody...I mean nobody, in northern Ohio could help me. I made it there 2 minutes before closing. Had to give her a hug for having it and not minding me showing up so close to closing time. I was at the end of my rope before having to call and schedule a service call which I'm not big on doing. Have to go there again tomorrow for something else. Being a business owner myself, I was very appreciative of how I was treated.

Rapco has been our family's 'go to' parts and service company for the 30+ they've been in business. They are very knowledgeable about appliances and helpful in diagnosing problems. The owner no longer can do service calls, but once again they've come thru. They got the part I needed the next day and guided me to fix my Samsung refrigerator myself!

Called about my broken fridge. They don't repair LG which is an issue I have definitely run in to before with my Kenmore Elite fridge from Sears. Person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable, polite, and recommended a company who can help.
