Extremely professional, thorough and expeditious. Why bother with the web? Usually cumbersome, needlessly difficult (a password to buy an oven fan???). These guys can handle taking on Amazon! You don’t need to live in the Cleveland area to patronize them. They get results!

The folks at Rapco helped me with an Amana ice maker. They didn't have the exact part but they put together a replacement using the wiring harness and cover from my ice maker. The final product was less than the factory replacement and they did the switchover while I was there.

I had a terrible experience with Rapco when they came to fix a leaky water line going to my refrigerator. They started investigating the line when the water was still on and it ended up fully disconnecting and water rapidly started flooding my kitchen. They did not seem experienced with valve shut off which extended the length of time that water was pouring out onto my floor. They eventually got the water valve turned off. Once the water to my entire house was shut off, they proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t fix my issue and advised I needed to call a plumber and then promptly left. They left me without running water and in a worse situation than what I started with. I was very unhappy with how they handled the situation. The only positive is that they did not charge me anything for the visit.

I live on the east side but I was in North Olmsted on some unrelated business. I went to see if they had an igniter for my furnace before I called a service man. The folks inside were very friendly, and he had the part in stock. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The part was reasonably priced and I was able to repair the furnace myself and save a ton of money.

The whole team at Rapco was fantastic. I had a washing machine that was having a error code. They sent out a technician who thought the problem was solved after his first repair however it was not. The tricky machine and error codes persisted but Rapco was their to support and assist throughout the whole repair process. They did not stop till the machine was fixed. All and All nothing short of a great resolution and experience with Rapco Appliance. Thank you Ross!

Five stars aren't enough! Great service technicians that make recommendations on how to better use your appliance (dishwasher in our case). They carry parts as well for the do-it-yourself small repairs. Very friendly.

The place for parts. Always great service and help. Small shop, phones can get busy at times. Pricing always competitive.

A repairman arrived to fix the water pump on my dishwasher. Upon inspection, he advised me that their rates were quite high to repair it. Following his suggestion, I searched for an alternative repair company that could complete the task at a more affordable price.

We called Rapco because our ice machine was broken. They provided awesome advice over the phone. When we picked up the new ice machine they explained exactly how to install, even taking the time to take the parts out of the box and show me how it gets installed. When I got home, we had some trouble installing because our model is a little different. I called and explained the situation. They went above and beyond and had us send a few photos and provided a solution instead of pushing us to schedule a service call. We were able to install the ice machine successfully. Best customer service and we will be back in the future.

I suspected that I had identified the issue with my washer. I hunted around for the part, but doing so online was painful. I called Rapco and they agreed that the part I identified might fix the issue. They had the part in stock and it was substantially cheaper than what I found online. Picked up the part in a matter of minutes and the washer is back up and running. I would never bother going online again...I'll just call Rapco! They're great!

The outside AC unit for my home recently stopped working, and I discovered I needed to replace the capacitor. Called up Rapco and the had the part I needed and even offered to set it aside for me to pick up later that day! Great to have a local place to go, rather than ordering online and waiting for something to ship to me. Very friendly and fairly priced!

I do not recommend a Samsung refrigerator, but highly recommend Rapco! Very helpful and pleasant. Took my information and did the recon behind the scenes and called back very quickly with the conclusion.

We purchased a washer/dryer from Rapco. They sell only SpeedQueen products, which are considered very dependable and long lasting. So happy with this purchase. Would recommend highly. Also Ross and Carol couldn't have been nicer to us. Would call them again for other services if needed in the future.

I want to write this review from the prospective as a "potential" customer. The conversation I had with the owner on 8/15 was amazing. I phoned to get service set up for my refrigerator/freezer. They were booked out, but I was willing to wait. He told me as much as they would like my business he would not advise waiting as it could cause more damage and end up costing more in the long run. That conversation spoke volumes to me. Looking out for the best interest of the customer is not something you see often today. On this alone, Rapco gets my endorsement and future business.

Excellent service on refrigerator that required an evaporator motor. Started with call to shop. Very specific about what the issue may be after I explained the situation. I knew exactly what steps may be needed depending on whether one or multiple parts of refrigerator. Clearly explained the steps taken during the repair process. Pricing fair and reasonable for service call, labor, parts. If you live in Rapco's service area listed on their website, give them a call if you have an appliance service and repair issue.

Excellent service from a locally owned business. It feels good that places like this still exist that really want to help and not just make a sale.
They didn't have the specific part number I was looking for, but they suggested a way I could purchase the items separately and believe it or not - it was cheaper!! Genuine parts as well, not Amazon or Ebay knockoffs.
They set it aside for my wife to pick up and it was seamless. There even was a friendly kitty to say hello when picking up the parts 🐈.
I will be back to keep our 20 year old washer running!!
