Great job! Nice easy to work with lady.

Paid $400 for a crazy amount of my 2 bedroom apartment to not be cleaned - they didn’t clean any drawers or cabinets, inside or outside the fridge, any shelves…. Sloppy work.
When I called to ask about it they never answered and never got back to me. AVOID!!
I’ve paid less money for better work!

It's always a huge relief when the cleaners come! We've been struggling to keep up with housework and we're so grateful to have Serenity step in for the extra help. :) our kitchen has never been cleaner!!

I am happy with the service provided, especially after injuring myself and not being able to clean well the past couple months. They wiped down surfaces, trim, spots on the walls, cleaned the bathrooms and bedrooms well. Made my kitchen shiny again. And all using cruelty free products which did NOT give me a headache (sensitive to any fragrance). Looking forward to using them more.

The two women who came to do the deep clean were very professional, and friendly. They asked appropriate questions, and let us know what they were doing. They didn't use any harsh smelling chemicals, or fill the house with artificial fragrance (thank you!). The house looks great! The top of the range was particularly dirty, and is really the only area that I wish was a bit cleaner. But to be fair, I let it get dirty enough (burned mole sauce), that I probably need some of those harsh chemicals. Overall, an excellent job. I highly recommend.

Lamar was incredibly professional and efficient, got everything I needed done in a reasonable amount of time, was very thorough and kind and helpful! He really went the extra mile for me which meant a lot to me. Would highly recommend! Wasn’t overpriced either! Good quality for good price is always a win :)

Super friendly, and they were very thorough in how they worked through each room and made sure everything was perfect and the bathrooms sparkled! Our experience has been wonderful! Megan T. did an initial deep clean. Everything sparkled. She also thoughtfully checked in with me via text to confirm which spaces we wanted cleaned vs. which we preferred left “as is.” Erica has now been here twice. She is also thoughtful and thorough, checking in via text as well. By taking care of the house they are helping to take care of us. What is especially nice is the lack of scent of harsh cleansers. Everything just smells fresh. Thank you Megan and Erica.

Serenity Cleaning did a spectacular job deep cleaning my house. I gave them a checklist of all of the things I wanted done, and with no hesitation they started the job. Their disinfectant products are low-impact on the environment, fresh smelling, and safe for children and pets. We have allergies and sensitivities to chemicals, and the house was clean, smelled great, and did not aggravate our senses with harsh cleaning products. We have hard wood floors and the cleaners used our preferred method of cleaning them. We found the cleaners to be professional, thorough, and detail oriented. Thank you Serenity Cleaning!

Wow! My house was a mess before Serenity Cleaning. Their team just left and I am blown away. Every surface is sparkling and the house smells so fresh. My husband and I are so happy with the whole experience. Their team was responsive and able to fit us in to the schedule quickly and they didn’t miss a thing. Highly recommend!

Our cleaner Kristin did an outstanding job on the first floor of our condo. It was an all day task. Because of her hard work, I am starting to love our home again. October 24 was my birthday, and a clean space was the best present I could have given myself. THANK YOU!

They told that they sent me a quote to a wrong email address. And then charged me $200 more than they quoted me originally over the phone. This was supposed to be deep cleaning, but they did a very superficial job, only cleaning around furniture. They said they’re not allowed to move furniture out of the way. Not even a pillow laying on the floor. And they refused to give me back the 20% tip I originally added. Flabbergasted.

Kristin did an amazing job - she paid meticulous attention to everything. She even asked if there was anything else I would like her to clean again in case I was not satisfied. I would love to have her back again. 10/10 would recommend.
