The work was top notch, they went the extra mile to protect our yard even though it was extra work for them moving heavy 3/4 plywood from the road to the tree. If you're looking for tree removal and stump grinding service you don't have to look any further. D & S Tree and Stump Removal are the only ones to do the job period! I had a 65 year old tall huge Sugar Maple Tree close my house and power lines. Plus two other trees also close to my house. One a Blue Spruce removed and a tall Norway Maple trimmed back away from my home. I had 4 other tree specialists look at job I needed done. One guy started job for about an hour and said he was getting beat up by the tree. He left and said he needed rope to tie the limbs to take them down. He never came back. D& S did a super job. They ground 4 stumps and the clean up was superb.

I was very pleased with my experience with D&S. One of the biggest priorities for me with any professional is how easy it is to contact and work them. David got ahold of me quickly after I reached out. He will text (which is great) as well as return your call, which cannot be taken for granted anymore. He got out and gave me a fair quote quickly. Arrived to do the job when he said he would arrive and did quality work (stump and roots included, which I had tons of). I elected to do the clean-up myself, and found a few roots under the chips when I was finished. No questions asked, he got back out the following week and took care of the stragglers. Honest and quality work that they stand behind, can you ask for more than that?

Had a tree fall overnight, messaged David in the AM, he was able to do a quote from a picture and google maps images and was here with his crew, done and gone within a couple hours. Left the yard cleaner than they found it. Pricing was good and speed of service was outstanding. Even got a quote on a future service.

D&S (David) communicated very well, got the job done quickly yet thoroughly. They were very neat...left no mess and even repositioned the mulch that was torn up from the stump removal. Very professional. Five stars!

D&S did an awesome job cutting down our pine tree. After they removed the stump, they cleaned all of the debris after finishing. They responded back with a quote the same day I called them. We would definitely recommend D&S to anyone needing tree removal.

D&S recently removed a large oak and a 2nd smaller tree for us. Out of 4 quotes they had the best price and I would highly recommend giving them a chance if you're in need of tree services. They were also very thorough during cleanup and when leveling the ground following stump removal.

I I would like to relate a recent experience we had with D&S Tree Service in Fostoria, who recently cut down a large maple tree for us.

The guys at D&S were very friendly and accommodating, but also very business like. They were excellent at returning phone calls when we were looking for estimates even when we just left messages. Some others did not bother. When we asked if they could do some extra trimming on some other trees, they did not hesitate. They came down right away when a neighbor's tree fell on our garden and fence and saved both. It was easy for them to go the extra mile and they are very hard workers, doing whatever it took to satisfy the customer.

We will without a doubt call them first if we ever have any tree trimming needs in the future, and we high recommend them.

These guys did an excellent job removing the 50 foot maple tree in my yard. They came one day and removed the tree and then another day to remove the stump. I was overly impressed that when they were removing the stump on a Thursday they had an equipment breakdown and had to abort but to my surprise and delight they came back the following Sunday to finish the job, yes Sunday. They did an excellent job removing the stump and since the yard runs slightly downhill they matched the grade exceptionally well.
