Stephen is super friendly, professional and helpful. We have American Home Shield and that's how we've interacted with this company despite being in Toledo area. Both times they've serviced our AC then furnace, they were able to resolve on the first try. They don't give you the run around and are skilled at what they do. Thanks much!

Henry came out and was quickly able to get our heater running again before the cold weather! Henry was professional and courteous during the maintenance of our heater. In the end it was a great experience all around. Would recommended Premier Heating Cooling to those needing heating and/or AC needs.

Update for 2022. The heater had to be replaced. Working with the home warranty and Premier Heating Cooling we successfully got the unit replaced. Once again Henry was amazing. Henry's dedication to getting the job done and helping to save us some money was just above and beyond. Henry's professionalism and exceptional customer service meant we had the old removed and new added all in one day. This was great considering how cold it got lately.

Could not be happier with our experience. Our home warranty had this company come out for a second opinion on our central air. They were very responsive, and their technician Henry was extremely polite. He explained everything to us, and worked quickly and efficiently to fix our unit. I would recommend this company.

Had a flood in our basement and it damaged our furnace. Michael diagnosed and fixed the issues for a reasonable cost all in one day. Really appreciated that they had the parts already in stock, the courteous service and how they took time to make sure we understood the work being done. Completely satisfied with their work!

It took a while to get an appointment simply because they are a small company currently (only four staff members if I remember right) But once the tech got here and got some information about our problems he told me what he thought the issue might be and quickly got to work. The whole time he was very professional and kind, plus he was 100% correct about what the issue was! He had it fixed very quickly, but stopped to let me know what he was doing. Then, before he left, he even gave me some tips on air conditioner maintenance! Very happy, would definitely recommend them to others.

Henry showed up on time. He called me on his way to ensure someone was at home. Once here, he explained what was wrong with my furnace, ran me through what needs to be fixed, provided me with a quote, and got it all done in under 45 minutes. He also recommended a few changes to optimize the heating output for the furnace. Highly recommend!

Premier Heating & Cooling is who I have used since becoming a homeowner in 2018. In my first home I had to call on my warranty for my heater when it went out on a freezing snow filled night. They had someone out within an hour and the heat was restored promptly! Fast forward 3 years later a similar situation happened in my new home but this time my AC went out on the hottest day of the year. Low & behold Premier was called again & to my surprise the gentleman who showed up again was Henry, the same technician from a few years prior! Henry is very great at what he does! Very prompt, great service & wont leave until the job is done, plan to schedule a cleaning & will be requesting him this spring! Keep up the great work!

My technician Henry was very knowledgeable and professional. The capacitor on my A/C went out and he diagnosed it within 5 minutes of arriving. He had it swapped out in no time and told me preventative maintenance and once a year cleaning will help keep my older unit working for years to come. After dealing with my A/C he quickly checked my furnace for me for my concern of a gas smell and assured me everything was okay. Definitely will be calling this company again if needed and asking for Henry to be technician!

I am very satisfied with the work they did to replace our HVAC system. Henry and Gage both worked hard, communicated well, cleaned up after themselves, and were knowledgeable in their field. You can tell they take great pride in their work, as they not only wanted the system to function as best it can, but look the best it can. Henry made a couple of changes to make things more up to today’s standards. Thank you to the whole team at Premier for a great experience all around!

We had Premier come out to correct issues after a different contractor replaced our furnace. We wish we had hired Premier from the start as they were super helpful and awesome to work with. Our technician Henry did a great job and will recommend them to friends and family.

You know what, anyone can say that when things go well, but when there's a problem is when you really find out who's for real.
Ended up having a problem with an AC unit that was installed in the fall, when we went to use it in the summer. Just a faulty switch or something in the unit maybe, it happens. But it sure is frustrating when the heat is prickling your armpits.
Well I called them in a huff, and I was thoroughly impressed with the response. These guys stand behind their work! Came right out to see what was wrong and fixed me right up with parts they already had in the truck.
Kudos especially for dealing with me politely and professionally while I was at my crankiest! Thanks Mike and Henry! I'll be calling you first the next time I need any new HVAC work!
EDIT 2025: And here we are in the middle of a heat wave, AC running full blast all day long, and it’s taking it in stride thanks to Premier! Still going strong, thanks again guys!

Fantastic service all around! They went above and beyond to get out to see us within 24 hours of the service claim. Our technician Gage was professional and friendly and demonstrated a thorough knowledge and capability in what he was doing. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Nathan and Henry installed our furnace and did an excellent job. I can't remember the other person helping but they all were extremely professional and helpful. Installation went smooth and they left the shop spotless.

I would like to give a shout-out to these guys for doing one heck of a bang up job. These guys were professional and very knowledgeable of their work. I would also like to say remember when using a home warranty company, they are at the mercy of your home warranty and take the bad rap. But once again I would like to take my hat off to these guys.

Henry Martinez came and worked on my furnace. He said some switch was tripped and the heat is working now. He then said that he recommended regular tune up that not covered under warranty. I told him I didn’t want that service. He rudely left and never put the furnace covers on and furnace still isn’t working. He emailed the warranty company and said this: “We wanted to provide you with an update on your claim. The Contractor has completed their diagnosis of the Furnace: Natural Gas and reported to us that no mechanical failures were identified, and no repairs are necessary.” What a joke!! This company and this clown of a technician are horrible. Steer clear of this company!!!

My home warranty assigned Premier Heating & Cooling to my claim. They contacted me quickly and came out to diagnose my intermittent furnace issue in a timely manner. The technician was knowledgeable and persistent to find the source of the problem. I was very pleased with the work and solution to my furnace issue! I highly recommend Premier.
