Henry from Premier Heating and cooling showed up to work on the issues that i had with my furnace. He was Covid-19 ready, had his mask on and also had shoe cover. He diagnosed the issue i was having with my furnace and then He explained me his findings and started to work on it. He was able to fix the issue promptly . While he was here he also serviced my furnace and fixed the potential failing parts.

I’ve used this company several times! Our technician has been Henry Martinez and he is always quick to answer and pleasant to deal with. We’ve been both stuck without heat and air which is not fun so we appreciate getting taken care of quickly by this company!

The technician (Henry) arrived at the time given and was very professional. He quickly identified the issue and had our heat up and running within minutes. I highly recommend this company!

Would not recommend! This company was sent out by my warranty company and has no customer service skills - He was very rude because I had to leave work to meet him which was 3 minutes from my home and he had to wait a whopping 2 minutes for me to be home. You could tell by his attitude that he did not want to be here or help me at all. First thing he said when he walks up to my home was “sounds like it’s working”. That doesn’t reassure you or anything. They were here for 9 minutes from the times my security cameras shown. How do you diagnose an issue in 9 minutes!!! I mean I worked in a service department and know bottom line is an hour for diagnostics. Best part is here we are 19 minutes after he left and the issue is sounding!! Maybe if you would take the time to listen to your customer and spend more then 10 minutes at a home you would of been able to hear our issue.

Henry repaired a blower motor that had worn out. He was friendly and professional and gave good advice about further maintenance. I'm extremely happy with his service and would use Premier again.

Used Premier through our home warranty, and they did a great job. New AC and coil they installed have been working great and my family is now comfortable in our home again.
