We had them mow our yard while our mower was in the shop! Excellent service, prompt response and done an awesome job!

It's been over a week and I still have yet to receive my last pay check. I went up to the shop to talk to Big Jack about it and Big Jack was beyond unprofessional an caught an attitude with me. I then kindly asked him if he had the right address to mail the check (because I moved) he then refused to tell me which address he had on my file an refused to take my new address. He then stated he mailed my check but refused to tell me which day he mailed it on. (All of which was caught on video) I then contacted the courts of Fostoria, OH. (Seneca County) By the law of Ohio they have 15 days after I stopped working for them to give me my paycheck. I'll follow up on this review to let you all know if I received it. If I have yet to receive it on the 15th day I will then give them 3 extra days due to mail not running on Sunday. If I have yet to receive it I will be taking Jack & Son's Lawn Care to small claims court an pressing charges. (If anyone who knows them personally see's this, can you please kindly tell them that... I just want the hard earned money I worked for. I rather not have to take them to court. But if they refuse to not pay me I have no choice. I have a 10 month son an a wife to support as well as bills.) Thank you in advance.

The receptionest continues ignoring phone calls assuring me she'll call back at a later time. Having an honest word takes you a lot further than continuing to promote lies and passing it off as acceptable. Highly unacceptable. I've seen their butchered work that's being passed off as acceptable as well and at this point I don't believe I'd even hire them to mow my dog kennel I know they certainly wouldn't make contact to fix their mess.

Great Residential Crew. Had service upgrade from 100 to 200 amp today. Guys were fast, focused, yet personable and answered all the questions I had. Have great craftsmanship in what they do, and cleaned up the site when they were done. Will hire them again for future electrical needs. Thanks guys
