Akira and Kendra from Molly Maid were punctual, friendly, and very professional. They did a great job. I work out of a home office and they got all my cleaning done with me there. Got a great deep clean before the holidays. Happy I signed up full time.

We moved from a rental after seven years and hired Molly Maid for a "move out" clean with specific tasks from our landlord's move out list. What a great team we got with Randi and Natalie (team #7)! They finished the work in 3/4 the quoted time and with results that would have satisfied the pickiest of inspectors. Thank you for great service, great quality and a great team!

Randi and Natalie did our first clean (deep clean) and my home sparkles! They were polite, efficient, friendly, funny, accommodating, and just great. How nice to have the whole house clean at once. This was my first experience with a professional cleaning company in my home and The Molly Maid crew was amazing! Everything from the initial communication to explain the process and schedule the cleaning, through the day of the cleaning with multiple communications about when they would be arriving. They worked hard the entire time the were here and my house looks great! BTW, this was a really deep clean after a bathroom renovation with tons of extra construction dust. It's nice to have my clean house back :)

The actual work was ok, however they ended up charging double what we were quoted for it to cost. They conveniently waited until they were half done and then said they needed double the money to finish. The person on the phone kept blaming the"answering service" who originally gave me the estimate as if the company is not responsible for giving complete wrong estimates. Turns out they charge hourly $130 an hour and the rate was never mentioned when setting up the appointment. We gave them precise info on our square footage, number of bathrooms etc, so there is no excuse for them to be so far off in their estimate. This company is clearly running a bait and switch a scam.

Betty and Clara did an amazing job and were both very friendly. This was my first cleaning so they asked questions and had me check areas as they cleaned. Highly recommend!

I normally reserve reviews for services performed but in this case i'm making an exception.
While sitting in heavy traffic a molly made employee with two others in the car decided to come down the right lane in a merge lane and come directly over and push me out of the way so she could cut me off.
There was room behind me two carlings easily.
I even have the license plate number.That's how mad I was and angry that where she was going was more important than my wife on a motorcycle.

Have used this service weekly for more than a year. Having the same team come each week, who knows us and knows our home, is great. They are thorough, pleasant and efficient. Would recommend based on our experience.

Just wanted to update as of 8/4/2023. We are very pleased especially with two teams from Molly Maid: Team 9, Catlynn and Brittany; and the team of Betty and Clara. They are always on time and fast, but thorough in cleaning our two-story home. We use them weekly, and I take advantage of my time saved cleaning to work in the garden! (A good trade-off for me.)

Had 2 girls in today, Jenny and Eloisa to clean my house for company coming. They are terrific and fantastic! They worked nonstop and my bathrooms are shining! They took their time and did everything extra that I asked them to do. I would recommend them to clean for anyone. And I will be requesting them to clean my house again!

Betty and Clara clean my house every other week. They do a great job no problems with anything. They are very friendly and have a smile on their faces all the time. They are a good team! They work hard together

We hired Molly Maid to do a 1 time cleaning of our bathroom as we had just moved in and it was nasty. They did a great job and were super friendly. Deoshia specifically was very nice to talk to. Leydu was also very sweet.

Had Breanna come give me a free estimate. Then I had Akira & Eloisa clean my house. They did a really good job. They were quick and efficient. I was very happy with them. Called Molly Maid to pay my bill and they emailed me a copy of the invoice. When I found a problem with my invoice, talked to Patty and she fixed it right away. I have been happy with everyone at Molly Maid Gahanna. Very professional. Would recommend them for house cleaning anytime.

The molly maid team did a good job, but I had to remind them it was a move out clean, they had not started on the refrigerator,(but they cleaned it) there was a drawer they had not cleaned in the master bathroom ,they did a good job on flooring, even though it deserves a professional clean.

Molly Maid did a move-out cleaning of my Mom's house before I put it up for sale. They were on-time and a great team to work with to get the place ready for showings. I found the price to be very reasonable for the amount of work I needed them to do (a lot). Silly me forgot to keep a copy of the bill for my records and seven months later they very graciously recreated the entire thing so I could submit it to my attorney for the yearly guardianship filing. Patty, the office manager, was especially helpful. I'm so grateful and will forever highly recommend them for top service.
