Kamya and Yenni did a really good job here yesterday! I'd give them five stars except we don't often get the same crew and results are often not up to par. Not infrequently, we have to call to complain and have someone come back out to redo parts of the job. I hope we get K and Y back!

My husband and I so appreciate the wonderful service we receive from Melissa & Brittony! Over the past 6 months they have cared for our home while I have been through two knee replacement surgeries and some major medical complications with my heart. They are always so kind and caring. Team 9 is the best!

We continue to have Melissa and Team 9 clean our home. They did a great job just a week ag o. We highly recommend them.

We have now had Molly Maid cleaning our home for a year. Team 9 does an outstanding job every time.

We recently hired Molly Maids and they completed two cleans. Both times the team stole from our bar. The first time we thought we must be terribly mistaken. The second time we did an inventory and confirmed it. We immediately fired them. I absolutely would not recommend them. I believe Management addressed it but clearly this speaks to an inability to appropriately vet staff and raises questions of how long had that team been stealing from other customers. I absolutely do not recommend using this company.

Melissa and Brittany did a great job at our place. They were friendly and paid attention to detail. This was our first time using a cleaning service. We would recommend them for anyone thinking about getting their home cleaned.

My first visit with the Molly Maids house cleaners Team 9 (Brittony and Melissa) was great. They were very friendly and pleasant to speak with. They treated me with courtesy and respect. They arrived at my home and went straight to work cleaning it from top to bottom. They performed every task that they were requested to perform. They worked quickly and thoroughly. I would like to have them visit and clean my home every month!

I’m disappointed actually. We had a move-in clean of our new house and went over expectations with the owner as we set up our appointment. I wasn’t home when the crew came, my husband was. The crew was friendly when they arrived. They didn’t say anything when they were done, they just left. Not sure if this is typical or not. Expectations were bathrooms, kitchen countertops, cabinets, appliances, vacuuming, cleaning baseboards, & light dusting. I’m not sure what they dusted, as we have no furniture in yet. They don’t like to touch blinds and they were filthy still so I don’t think they were dusted. I would say some stuff looked clean (toilets, some cabinets) but our refrigerator, baseboards, and carpets is where I’m disappointed the most. The refrigerator still had stuff in it, the baseboards still had pet hair on them, and the carpets (see pic) were still terrible. I could see vacuum lines but their vacuum must not really pick up anything. That pic was just from our family room alone. We were just disappointed because we thought we were paying for a deep clean to save us some time on our move-in. We’re actually still having to clean before we move in. Wish I would’ve researched a little more for a company that does actual deep cleaning.

I provided number of rooms and square footage. I was provided a quote that I felt was a little pricey, but it sounded like they go out of their way to impress and earn future business. What happened was after they arrived I kept getting calls suggesting to increase time and cost. Then they said they wouldn't even be able to finish the 2 bedrooms out of 5, I wanted cleaned. They asked me if I wanted them to focus on dusting or sweeping those rooms since out of time. I said dusting. Neither got done. They supposedly focused on the bathrooms and kitchen, they didn't even sweep those floors. Extremely disappointing.

Was meeting my mother (Pam Henry)for lunch and met her there, from what I seen it was a band of pit stop workers, fast accurate, and courteous. Rock and Roll ain't noise pollution. 🤘

My family and I are preparing to move into a new place and we were overwhelmed with the amount of dusting and cleaning that needed to be done. We have busy schedules and just didn't know what to do. My sister suggested reaching out to Molly Maid and it was the best decision ever. We even added a few more tasks the day of service and they still were able to get the whole house from top to bottom completely clean within 2 hours. Now all we have to do is pull the moving truck up and start unpacking. Jenny and Ryan arrived and went straight to work. I'm still walking around the house looking in pure amazement. If you're on the fence about giving them a try, don't be.... They are worth every bit of their services. I can't thank you enough for the blessing you were to my family on today! Wishing you all the continued success!!!!

I could not be happier with Alexis and Ciara. The ladies arrived on time and went to work. I’m 85 with health issues and lost complete control of cleaning my house myself. I had forgotten how nice my house could look until they finished.
I’ll never let my house get in that condition again, knowing I have two special ladies that can help me.

Despite being told how large my house was, they only completed the second floor and wanted me to pay for more time to complete the job they were hired to do. On top of that, they left there garbage here and gave the excuse that they didn’t know where to put it, meanwhile I had spoken to them on the phone prior to them leaving. Additionally, they were instigating my crated dogs. When I called about the issues, I was given no real resolution except pay more for them to finish the job. Extremely disappointed and will never use their services again, and will warn everyone about this terrible experience.

Ryan and Tess did an amazing job. I’m working remote right now too and they where able to get all my cleaning needs done with me being here. Everything was done meticulously well and I will definitely be utilizing their services again. Incredible work and incredible people. Thank you both so much! This was my first experience utilizing this service and thanks for making it a great experience!

Debra and Richelle clean my home once a month, and they do a fantastic job. I'm an extremely particular person and was initially hesitant to get help with cleaning, but they quickly put my mind at ease. They are incredibly thorough, never cut corners, and consistently leave my home sparkling clean. I also appreciate how willing they are to accommodate any specific requests I have. Their attention to detail and quality of work truly stand out—I’m so grateful for their help!
