I called Miller Heating & Cooling after another local company installed a new furnace in our attic and struggled to resolve multiple issues that followed. After months of frustration, I decided to move on and contacted Brian at Miller Heating and Cooling. From the start, it was clear that Brian is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He never tried to upsell me or push unnecessary services. Brian and his team quickly diagnosed the issue - which stemmed from the original installation being done incorrectly - and fixed it properly. We finally have a fully working furnace again and I also have a new go-to company for all future heating and cooling needs.

The Ashcraft team is the best. Responsive and very knowledgeable about our HVAC equipment. Service is prompt and efficient. I've been with them for more than 10 years. The Spring and Fall contracts are superb!!

I have been on a service contract with Ashcraft Air for 5.5 years. Ken or Chris has come twice a year and are fantastic. My A/C broke on a hot Friday night. I called on Saturday morning and it was fixed within hours. Ken had to drive 30 minutes to get the necessary part. I highly recommend Ashcraft air for their expertise, professionalism and integrity.

Chris and his team at Ashcraft Air are fantastic! We've used them for years and have always been impressed with their service! They are honest, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and always on time. They installed our Trane HVAC system 10 years age and service it 2x per year. In addition, we've had them install a bathroom ceiling fan that included having to reroute duct work and add an exterior exit. We've had them replace our dryer duct work that had rusted and had holes. We trust that they will always do a good job for us. They are a family run business and we're happy to support them!

Ashcraft Air are the only ones I trust with my boiler and AC unit, Chris is very punctual, knowledgeable and professional. We're signed up for the service contract and it's such a relief knowing we'll have our boiler and AC unit in tip top shape each year. He's very quick at figuring out the silly little problems that old houses that have had lots of hands on the systems usually have. Highly recommended!

They responded within the day that we lost our AC. After troubleshooting they found our compressor was bad. Quoted the part repair only and the new system with warranty 10 yr. We chose the new system, AC condenser and evaporator coil. They fit our installation into their busy schedule. The completed it in the time promised. Did a neat professional job.

Ken Amon at Ashcraft Air installed my Trane furnace & heat exchanger 11 years ago and has done the maintenance checkups twice a year since. I have had no problems with it at all. Ken goes way above and beyond on every call. Before he installed the new system, he came to my house in below zero weather on a holiday within 1 hour to fix the old unit. He recommended a solution to my dust problem, and it worked perfectly. He made some modifications to prevent mice from getting inside the heat exchanger. He even helped my relative going through a family crisis. I can't say enough good things about Ken & Ashcraft Air. Competency, reliability, compassion, and economical. What else can you ask for?

Ashcraft Air is one of the best companies I’ve ever had service from for my Rheem AC system. They are quick to respond and very efficient with service for any issues. All of the staff are great to work with! Pricing is great and the service is outstanding!
