Ashcraft has been taking care of my HVAC needs for 15 years, from a full furnace and AC install through all preventative maintenance. Very responsive and they do quality work. Ken and crew are great!

The best of the best!! Came out quickly with this heat and our AC breaking. This is the second time we have used them and both times they’ve been knowledgeable and efficient- and direct! No trying to get you to pay for things you don’t need. We will always use them!!

Chris was extremely helpful and fair and took the time to explain to me exactly what was happening. Had an issue where my heat stopped working and he had it back up and going within an hour.

I used Ashcraft for my AC service and replacement a few years ago and recently had them replaced my furnace. It was a great pleasure working with them each time! For a new AC or furnace, many other contractors would quote an unreasonably high price and if you have other offers, they will try to negotiate with you . For Ashcraft, the first time they will give you a reasonable price and technically you don't even need to shop around. Also, if you have any need for service, a call to Ashcraft will get someone send to your house quickly, usually in the same day.

Ashcraft Air and especially Ken are absolutely fantastic. Ken came out on his day off the day before Christmas 2024 and managed to rig our furnace until they could come back and replace it the day after Christmas 2024. We ended up going with a whole new furnace and air conditioner. Our old furnace and AC unit was 20 years old. I will never use any other company and I cannot say enough for the respect and professionalism of Ken. His team came in on their day off and installed everything for us and we are extremely grateful! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

On June 6, 2025, our Air Conditioning unit was not working and it was a very hot day.
Chris showed up and said I will get a motor and will come back and install it. On that day Chris found a motor and installed it so that we could have air conditioning within hours. The required motor was ordered and now that new motor has been replaced. Customer service that has kept us cool. Thank you Ashcraft Air.

This organization continues to happily surprise me -- we have been customers for years and they are dependable and consistent. No one wants to be without air, especially this summer given the horrible heat. We called and you serviced our Pastor's home for a very reasonable price after he was charged a $1000 that only worked two days by someone else, they wanted to replace everything for several thousand. The same week our air went out in our main auditorium, you were very quick to respond that Monday. Once again on Wednesday the Sunday school Air went out , you were able to repair it in time for our Kid's Camp! We are so thankful for am honest business that provided excellent service!

We were referred to Ashcraft air by other happy clients. They were recommended on a local Reddit group as well. We called them, they were able to come out same day since we had no air on one of the hottest days of the year and have a small child. They figured out what it was very quickly, and were able to get the right part ordered and installed within a few days. In the meantime, they were able to make sure we have cold air running! We’re exceedingly happy with their service. It was very well reasonably priced. Overall recommend them to everyone!

My 20yo AC stopped working. Fan running but not the compressor. Ken came out the following day and quickly diagnosed and repaired the wires which had been chewed through and replaced the capacitor at a fair price. Very happy to recommend this company.

Excellent service! Came to replace a board that another company said needed to be replaced. Found a clogged line as the real problem. Honest and experienced technically to solve the real problem. Didn’t over charge or pressure me to do more than was required. Thank you!

James Ashcroft responded quickly to my need for a furnace repair. He efficiently diagnosed the seized blower in my furnace, ordered the replacement part, and installed it with no problems. I’ll be calling Ashcroft Air in the future for all my heating and cooling problems. Thanks, James!

I came home to find my furnace not producing any heat, the temperature outside was in the 20's with a 30mph wind and the inside temperature was 64 and dropping. I called Ken and he answered immediately and arrived within 2 hours. Ken Ammon determined that we needed a new control board. He assured me that we would not be without heat. He checked his truck, their shop and with the furnace manufacturer for the replacement part. Ken came the next day, but the part he had did not fit. The part needed to be ordered from the manufacturer, so several days later he came and installed the part. I thought that the charge for the part, labor and travel ( three trips) was fair and reasonable.
