We had a great first experience with them. They added an Aprilaire humidifier to our “new to us” home and a smart thermostat. They also addressed a heat issue in our master bedroom and bathroom for us. We will definitely use them in the future when needed.

The gentlemen that came to work were professional, efficient, and accommodating. I was very impressed with their quality of work. They also cleaned up the workplace well after completion of installing our new furnace. We will be calling on them again when it is time to replace our AC.

It is horrible that more people have not enjoyed how nice it is to work with Ashcraft Air. They fix what’s needed to be fixed and don’t try to sell you something you don’t need! I have used them four times. All I ask for is quality work at a fair price and they deliver. It just started snowing and I have warm air thanks to Ashcraft Air. I appreciate it Chris!

Just had my AC unit and coil replaced. Chris, Ken and James did a great job installing and doing everything I asked for. They finished the job in a few hours and even mounted the outdoor unit to the side of my house because the old one was on a slope that was eroding. They did a great job. Very nice people. Highly recommend!

Ashcraft Air was absolutely fantastic! They came out the same day and had our HVAC system up and running perfectly within minutes. We had a new system installed by another company (Tribble HVAC) in 2024, and despite them coming out three separate times, the system never worked right.

Ashcraft Air quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it on the spot, and finally got everything running the way it should have from the start. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, prompt service, and expertise. Highly recommend!

I've been using Ashcraft Air before they were named Ashcraft Air. They installed a new HVAC system in our old house, and recently put a new furnace in our new home. The people we have dealt with have all been great, Ken, Chris, Laura, and James. They have been patient with my questions, and thorough with their answers. I wouldn't think of using anyone else. They are good, nice, and honest people.

Once again, Ashcraft Air did an incredible job for us! On one of those coldest nights of the year, our furnace began malfunctioning - cycling on and off. I called Ashcraft Air in the morning and within an hour, James was at our house to help. He carefully tested all the components in the furnace and found the problem. Our furnace is working perfectly now. And, with our Ashcraft Service Agreement, the call and the repair was at "no charge."

With this kind of top notch customer service, I'm going to be an Ashcraft Air customer forever. :-)

I found Ashcraft this past week when my old furnace decided to go to heaven :) Needed a whole new install with a sense of urgency, snow storms were coming along with zero degree weather! They have been awesome to work with. Even though they were busy and their schedule was full ,they went out of their way to get here and get it all done promptly when i know for sure they shouldve been at home relaxing with their own families over the extremely frigid weekend. Great group of people to work with....... I should also mention they were able to make it affordable for me( right at Christmas time too) which is huge! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Ashcraft Air provided exceptional service when our furnace went out in the middle of winter. They were quick, professional, and incredibly thorough with the replacement. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done efficiently, and we felt taken care of every step of the way. We would use them again and again—highly recommend!

I've used this company for over 10 years and have had nothing but good experiences w/them. Today, they ran a dedicated line back to my master bath and installed an electric wall heater, installed another dedicated line for a bathroom outlet, and fixed my humidifier. Whether you need HVAC work or even electrical work, I highly recommend them.

Ashcraft Air has been handling our HVAC for years. They are conscientious, honest, reliable and provide good value. The single time I did have trouble with a newer AC unit, Chris promptly took care of it, even though the manufacturer was a bit recalcitrant. They are just fabulous.
