Constraction reviews in Grafton, Ohio

Excel has helped keep my rental properties looking good, and they’ve completed some beautiful landscaping projects at my own home. They are responsive, professional and do great work.

We recently contracted with Excel for replacement of our service driveway and the associated landscaping. Their crews were great to work with and we are very pleased with the results. This was a $65K project for which we received excellent value in return for our investment.

Chad and his crew completed a driveway, walkway, and patio project for us. Chad was patient with all of our tweaks to the final plan, and provided us with options on final finishes, since I had a particular style in mind. We researched and gathered quotes from 3 different companies before choosing Excel, and they were within the range of the other quotes I received. The crew had great attention to detail and concern for the project overall. I would highly recommend them! Thank you!

Excel has done landscaping work for us, added steps to our back patio, and we are currently working with them on interior work to our house as well as building a permanent roof over our back patio! Great team of people who are quick to respond and easy to work with.

I got a call one day. They were out the next to remove the old driveway and poured it the next day. The third day the concrete was cut and the final clean up was done. I would give you a photo if I knew how.

I recently had Excel Management install a split rail fence and I am extremely pleased with the finished product. The team of Dan, Bob Cody and Larry were a pleasure to work with. They were definitely committed and focused on installing a great looking fence.

We had a concrete pad and walkway poured by Excel. The crew did a great job and the project looks great! Will definitely use them again for future projects!

I’ve had many handy services over the years, and I was very happy with Excel!!! Mike was extremely professional and he even stayed late to complete a seal for our toilet to avoid further issue. This was beyond what was assigned to be done. I appreciate their time and attention to detail. Would highly recommend!

We have used Excel Management for fencing, roof replacement, concrete work, building a deck and more. They truly are a company that does it all. Great to work with and very responsive to address any concerns. Would highly recommend!

Excel Management was great to work with throughout the whole process, especially the concrete team led by Chad Bell. They did an excellent job on the pool surround, paying close attention to detail, quality, and our specific preferences. Also worked on a tight timline in conjuction with other contractors. Will definitely work with again should the need arise, which it will.

Excel installed epoxy over my truly ugly garage floor. Everything was done on time and everyone involved with the project was professional and unbelievably kind and courteous. Super happy with the end results. My garage looks like a million bucks.

Their landscapers damaged my siding six months ago and have yet to replace it.
No communication.
$150 a month in HOA dues for this type of service.

Hope our community can change companies as soon as possible.

Excel Management did an amazing job installing my new roof. I was thrilled with the quality and the level of detail. Everything went smooth, they were on time and on schedule. They worked quickly and cleaned everything up the same day. I highly recommend Excel for any of your roofing, construction and landscaping needs.

Brad was a pleasure to work with during the quote process and Dan with his crew met all of our needs.

We have worked with Excel on a number of projects, from built-in interior shelves to a patio which has literally changed our lives: fire pit, stone walls, TV, partially covered, stamped concrete, incredible design. Excel recently completed a comprehensive landscaping job. On a scale of one to five, I would give Excel a ten. They are professional, skilled, timely and reasonably priced. They are really nice people who are great to work with. We’re very happy repeat customers. They get our highest recommendation and rating!

Anthony and Kevin did exceptional work at our home at 3 Pond Drive in Rocky River! The were very thorough and conscientious

They took their time helping us understand how our sumo pump operates. They repaired the trim around our yard entrance to the garage.

We are very pleased with the work that Excel Management has done at our home. Under the leadership of Nick, Anthony and Kevin deserve outstanding recognition for their work.

The Zones

My experience with Excel was exceptional. My home looks brand new. Siding, gutters, stamped concrete, garage floor epoxy, and landscaped. The work was accomplished in a very timely manner. So quickly! Very organized and friendly. I felt very confident about their expertise which was comforting. They know their stuff! I love my Northern Catalpa tree.

i love this company. very punctual and easily reach. I do ask a lot of question and tony have answer to all of them or he will look for answwer for me. very nice guy to work with

The Manteca guy Mikie is polite and does his job well very pleased with his work would like to request that he be the one who comes to do my repairs thank you 300 Illinois Avenue

Excel mgmt is our go to for landscape and sprinkler needs. Tony is personable, knowledgeable and professional. We have used this company for multiple projects and will continue in the future.

Working with Tony has been an ease. He was transparent and honest through the whole project and his estimates reflected that. When Tony provided us a quote, we did not feel the need to source other estimates as the price exceeded our expectations and did not raise any discrepancies for us.
Finally the finished product was done so well we decided to bring Tony on to another project we are working on.
Both projects were done on schedule and he made us feel like we were his only focus even knowing how busy the man is.

He listens to understand the vision the executes efficiently and accurately.

All together, it is safe to say that Tony the right guy to consult with on your project if you want things done right the first time.
