Constraction reviews in Grafton, Ohio

Hired Excel Management to remove a deck and install a concrete patio and steps. The work was completed in an extremely timely fashion and the craftsmanship and professionalism exceeded my expectations. The steps were professionally built by Jarrod and Anthony. I highly recommend Excel Management!

Very impressed with the excellent quality of work done!! Adding a room to our home has made a huge improvement- we love it!! Adam Vasil is an excellent finish carpenter who was exacting in the quality of his work. It was a pleasure to get to know him as he worked on our addition.

We recently used Excel to add a room to our home which we are loving! The quality of the work was great and the Remodeling Operations Manager Dennis Meyers was very good at communicating with us, attentive to our building detail desires and knowledgeable about the entire project from early planning to finishing touches. Highly recommend him and his crew!

Our project turned out great. The guys are nice and very professional. We did have a couple of problems with the communication between the person who quoted us and the workers, but Dan stepped in and was able to resolve those issues.

We had privacy fence and concrete patio completed. The crews did a great job. Hope to do our other patio too! Highly recommend.

We are so happy with the deck that Excel built for us! From the design, to all answering all of our questions along the way, the quality of the materials they recommended, the finish quality and attention to detail, it was all top notch. Dan, Jarrod and Anthony Stokes were all great to work with, polite, showed up on time, always left the area cleaned up at the end of the day and kept us updated throughout the process. Truly one of the better experiences we've had after MANY projects in our house. We look forward to having them back for a couple other projects we have in mind and would highly recommend them.

Awesome company employees very professional and courteous. They did an awesome job on my fence. I get neighbors and my project manager at Ryan Homes telling me how nice the fence looks. Brad is very responsive whenever I send him a message no matter what day or time it is. The communication is top notch. We don’t see good customer service anymore. I recommend this company.

My wife and I have wanted to add a deck to the back of our house for years and we finally looked in to it. Excel Mgmt. came out to see what we wanted. They explained all our options, gave suggestions to meet our dreams and answered all our questions. We decided to have Excel Mgmt. build our deck and could not be happier. The deck is 15x20, even with our back porch door and has a ramp down one side. It looks Great. Jarrod, Anthony Stokes and Anthony Whitlock did amazing work. They had the foundation all done and the deck work done in 2 days. I was amazed it was so fast. The 3rd day the fence was on and it looks great. It was November, in the 40's and the wind was really cold, they were unbelievable. They were on time, kept me updated on the progress and took time to answer any question I had. I would highly recommend people to check out Excel Mgmt. for decks and other work before making a decision.

In in early November I contracted to have some siding replaced and three windows installed as well as a sliding glass door. Typically I would do this work myself but because I’m a little bit older now and windows and doors whaler I decided to contract the installations out. To be honest with you I couldn’t be any happier with the results if I had done them myself. Ricks crew is about as good a crew as I’ve ever seen. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anybody that needed work done on their home.

We love our new porch R. Hammond Construction did for us. It was exactly what we envisioned. From the initial consultation with Rick Hammond, to completion of our project, communication of each step was clearly detailed. His team was professional and accommodating. We have received many compliments on our porch and have recommended R. Hammond Construction to family and friends.

R Hammond did an awesome job bringing my dream bathroom to life. Rick is a great communicator, organized, and thorough. When he says he'll be there he will be. (He even called once then he was going to be 10 min late, TEN minutes, because he knew it was important to me.) All of his team are skilled and did an amazing job. I will definitely contact Rick for future projects.

Rick did an amazing job helping our customer with his interior skylight repair in Lorain. His crew went out there within a few days and the homeowner was very happy with everything!

Thank you Rick!

We are so happy with our new roof and gutters! Rick Hammond was upfront and honest from the first time I talked to him. His team arrived and we're on the job at the stated time and worked until the job was complete. They were respectful to both us and our property, cleaned up everything and did a great job!! I will be going back to them for other projects that need to be done!

I would highly recommend R Hammond Construction. Rick was very professional and followed up with me on a constant basis. The crew that installed my roof and gutters were very friendly and respectful they took their time with the install. The roof looks fantastic. This company was referred to me and I will be using them for future needs. Thank you Rick for the wonderful job.

We used R Hammond Construction for a new roof a few years ago, and used them again in 2021 for a refurbishment of a balcony and a bathroom shower remodel. They did an excellent job and were super easy to work with. The crew was very professional and showed up at their communicated time every day which made planning our days so much easier. The finished product looks fantastic, and we have already begun talking to them about future projects at our house. I absolutely recommend them!

Very pleased! Workers were friendly, efficient and punctual. They delivered on everything we wanted and more! Hire these guys, you will not be disappointed!!

I can’t say enough good things about working with R Hammond Construction. From our initial deck consult to our final walkthrough, we experienced top-notch professionalism and service. Communication was open and consistent every step of the way. The workers were respectful of our property and let us know what they planned on getting done each day. They stayed on schedule and worked diligently to get the project done. We’ve received numerous compliments on the craftsmanship of our deck and quality of work on the siding, and door/lighting installation. I highly recommend using R Hammond Construction for all of your home remodeling needs!

Rick Hammond and his crew truly transformed our outdated kitchen in a professional and timely manner. The workers were expert, friendly and helpful. Rick kept us informed on progress at all stages and completed the job right on schedule. We now have a beautiful and modern new kitchen and highly recommend R Hammond Construction.

RHammond put in a new concrete patio with a roof for us. We were extremely pleased with Rick and his crew, and especially with the results. The patio and roof are exactly what we wanted and Rick and his crew are very skilled and conscientious. They made sure everything was done right and when there was a question or concern Rick responded quickly and was out within 24 hours to make sure it was resolved correctly. I highly recommend them.

Ours roof replacement was an insurance claim which Luke handled professionally. The roof was done in a couple days and looks great. Thank you Luke and roofers.

We hired R Hammond for 2 recent jobs, a complete porch rebuild and an additional job that required removing a window and replacing it with an exterior door leading to a small deck and stairs. I cannot express how thrilled we are with the jobs they did! We are very happy and will use them often in the future. Rick the owner is exceptionally courteous and professional. He is very responsive, upfront and honest. The work was started and completed on time. The workers arrived early each day and worked full days, and cleaned up each day! Rick also made sure the jobs were completed to our satisfaction. We have had bad past experiences with other contractors and I can honestly say this contractor is the best. Thank you R. Hammond!!
