Excel has done amazing work not only for myself but for my parents. They did a complete bathroom renovation for me and it turned out amazing! For my father they hoisted a huge 12 ft sliding glass door up and over a two-story balcony to install it! The crew is super polite, clean and professional. I would highly recommend them!

I purchased laminate flooring and they did the install. Professional for quote. Then followed through with timely work. They checked to see if I was satisfied. Minor things that were professionally taken care of by Doug.

I had Excel come out and finish a bathroom that was a shower and tub to a handicapped accessible. The crew of Adam and Jim did a fantastic job and corrected poor quality workmanship from a previous contractor. They were on time and completed the job before they were schduled to complete the bathroom. Deck replacement project completed at my condo with updated Trex deck and vinyl railings and post support wrappings. Great work at the most reasonable cost!

We had our driveway replaced with Excel and had a great experience. People and project were both great and I’m happy with the result.

We regret having done business with Excel Management. Communication was poor throughout the process and we proceeded despite some initial hesitations. We went with them because we wanted to have all of our projects taken care of by the same company, but every aspect had issues.

Our upper deck dimensions were switched despite me providing a CAD drawing of our project (10x12 instead of 12x10).

Concrete pad for the patio cost extra because of the “extremely fine finish” they give it. However, when installing pavers there were multiple spots where you could rock a paver back and forth over high spots in the concrete.

Downspouts sunk within the first few months and heavy rain caused water to spew everyone because the drains were lower than the bottom of our gutter. We had to repair them on our own because they never properly addressed it. They also did not install “clean outs” on all the downspouts despite having that in writing in our proposal and work agreement.

60% of our sprinkler heads sunk so much in the first season they don’t properly water the lawn. They came to “fix” them with zero improvement.

Most recently the line between our home and sprinklers split and leaked water for who knows how long until we finally found. When I cut the pipe it jumped a minimum of 2.5” which shows the shoddy work they find acceptable. The vertical pipe was bent so badly I’m surprised it took as long as it did to fail (see pictures).

If you do go with them, get EVERYTHING in writing. I’ll leave it at that

First let me say my porch is beautiful. I had some issues with communication but my biggest complaint with them is their billing. It’s so sporadic and changes so often and just keeps adding and you never have any idea what it’s gonna cost. They never came back to say anything to us when they were done with the porch. They still haven’t come back to take the wood off of the sides of the cement by the steps they put in or any of the metal poles the left that I think are pretty expensive. They left my yard a mess. Too late for a walk a round now huh. Well yes I believe so

Edit: The crew came out this week and replaced my siding.

Edit: I’ve been waiting 8 months for this company to fix my siding which they damaged, and I’ve only been given excuses. Nothing has been done. Do not use this company.

Excel’s workers damaged my brand new fence with careless lawnmower operators twice. They came and fixed it.

Their workers have also damaged my siding with their string trimmers, multiple spots. They try to rush and are careless. It’s been months and they still have not fixed the damage, as promised.

Train your landscapers better, or fire them. I’ve heard nothing but complaints from neighbors about their service as well.

Sadly, this is company is contracted by my HOA, so I don’t have a choice.

We were very happy with Excel and their entire team and process. They ripped out our back deck and poured a concrete patio that looks fantastic! They were very helpful in giving advice and flexible when we needed to make some last minute minor tweeks.

We're really happy with the roof replacement we received from Excel Management. Right from the start, Nick was great to work with. Super professional, a great communicator, and his estimate was clear and fair. His crew was just as good. They showed up on time, worked hard, and you can tell they actually care about the quality of their work. They even did a fantastic job protecting our landscaping and cleaning up afterward.

Excel Management poured out patio last year. We worked with Brian and James. Both were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. From helping picking out colors and stamp designs to pouring the pad itself. We love how the patio turned out.

I found the EXCEL employees to be highly skilled and very efficient. They were very friendly and kind. They explained the process as they went along and cleaned up after. My patio looked like a truely professional job. I am very happy either way how it turned out!

From start to finish, this company was phenomenal! The communication was excellent, the efficiency and accuracy was beyond what I have ever seen, and the knowledge of what they do reassured us we chose the right company. You will not be disappointed at all! Our privacy fence is beautiful! Highly recommend!!!
