Constraction reviews in Grafton, Ohio

R. Hammond Construction is fantastic! I see their trucks all around my local community!
Couldn't be happier......
Refreshed Mom's two bathrooms and then they did my lower level, removing the 1970's dark paneling. Thank goodness that looks is gone and that the walls are clean and fresh.
Tony, Adam, Rick and Roya are very professional and care about the entire process including our comfort during the renovation.
So thankful there is so much talent out there and they are willing to share their skills.
Already referring to family and friends.
Thank you R. Hammond.
God Bless!

I highly recommend R Hammond Construction! They were very prompt and efficient. I especially appreciate Luke Jarrell, he went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations by meeting all of my needs!

So happy with choosing R Hammond Construction who recently sided and replaced gutters on my house. The house looks brand new. The crews doing the work were professional and careful.

Rick and his team were very professional, and I highly recommend his business. My wife and I had our roof replaced, and we had a ton of questions throughout the process. Rick was kind and quick to respond with all the information/ answers. We had a couple of problem areas with the roof in the past, and his team was eager to show us how they worked to fix and eliminate the issues with great resolve. The team was very courteous throughout the day, and you couldn't even tell they were on-site the next. All materials were cleaned up, with not a nail to be found. Great job to Rick and his team!!! Our roof looks amazing!!!!!

I am very pleased with the work that R Hammond and his team did on our house. They removed my old falling apart porch and then replaced the vinyl siding where the porch was attached and they did a fantastic job. They also replace my roof and did a awesome Job.
The crew cleaned up every day, they were friendly, and did a great job getting the work done. I'm very pleased with the final product, and I would highly recommend R Hammond to you for any siding & Roofing and construction needs

We used R. Hammond Construction to completely redo our porch and couldn’t be happier! Rick was very upfront and honest with what needed to be done. The redo wasn’t dragged out when they started they continued to the end, no missed days and were out everyday till finished. There was no surprises at the end of the job on the final billing. Rick is up front on all costs.

The porch was done properly and solid and looks fabulous. Great craftsmanship. All the gentlemen who worked on the project were so nice and answered any questions we had. They also kept things all organized and cleaned up at then end of each day.

We are so happy with R Hammond Construction and will not hesitate to use them on future projects. If you want a good, honest quality work call Rick Hammond!

R Hammond replaced our roof. He was super communicative, had fast response times getting back to us when we would email or call, as well as worked with our insurance to help us get the claim settled. 100% recommend.
The roofing crew was excellent as well. We found them to be professional, on time, and constantly cleaning. They even warned each other to be careful of my flowers. I found three nails. I think that is remarkable.
Our roof looks fantastic. We absolutely recommend Rick for any construction needs.

Rick’s company installed a covered patio for us. His crew was friendly, professional and did outstanding work. Highly recommend!

R Hammond replaced our old, rotting, peeling wood deck, with a beautiful new composite deck. We love it even more than we expected to. Workmaship and customer service were both great. The crew was always on time and always polite. We definitely anticipate working with R Hammond for future projects

We discovered wind and hail damage on our roof and were granted an insurance claim to replace our roof, gutters and a gate to our fence that had been blown off by high wind. We had a few companies come out to give us a quote and were turned off by the companies who were extremely pushy and demanded to know the amount of money that the insurance company was giving us before doing anything else.

Rick came out to take a look at everything and give us an estimate. As we walked around the house with him, he took notes and confirmed what was and wasn't included in the claim without ever asking the price our insurance company quoted us. When we finished walking around the house he showed us his notes, with his final number for the quote written down. He was off by $25 from what our insurance company was giving us to replace everything. This blew us away!! Rick was professional from start to finish. Never pushy, extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and we never had any issues with communication. We knew what to expect from day 1 to completion!! His crew came out on one of the hottest days of the summer and installed a beautiful new roof, skylight window, gutters and fixed our fence gate. Everyone was very professional and executed the project perfectly and in a timely manner. I would recommend R Hammond Construction to everyone!!!!!!

R. Hammond recently completed my kitchen remodel. The team was very pleasant, arrived promptly everyday, and did an awesome job to give me a beautiful kitchen in an efficient and timely manner. They are very professional and were great at communicating with me throughout the whole project. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone for any remodel/construction project. Quality work at a reasonable price. Thanks R. Hammond!

I highly recommend this company. Rick helped me solve an issue I had with my front entrance. I am so happy with the finished results. I also had my 30 year old roof replaced. Luke is very communicative and a pleasure to work with. The workers cleaned up well after each project.
I am very pleased with the overall experience. I will be using them for my next project soon!

So pleased with all the work we had done! New roof, siding, trim work, garage doors, brick removal from house. All of the crews were great to interact with! Luke kept on track with all the moving parts and would definitely recommend!! Looks like a new build!

We used R Hammond construction to have a deck put on the back of our house. The crews were always on time and worked on the deck all day. They were very professional and answered all my questions. The crews cleaned up any screws or debris every day.We would highly recommend R Hammond construction for any of your construction needs.Excellent job.

We made the mistake of going with someone we knew and was becoming a disaster. Winter was rolling in and the guy wouldn’t return my calls. We called Rick and let him know the urgency of getting our exposed extension both finished… but corrected structurally. He beat his original timeline provided and fixed the structural issues without having to tear the whole thing down and rebuild which saved us a lot of money. The crew was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond with the details. They were out there working through several snow storms also. I couldn’t be happier. Rick will get all our future work. He and his crew are that good and more importantly, trusted.

I had just started work on my new fixer upper home, when a friend recommended R Hammond Construction for cabinets. The visual layout/3D spec that Rick provided after measuring the kitchen was super helpful and totally convincing. They helped me through materials selection and options for how to deal with the odd space, including the 135° corner. Construction was fast. These guys built me new cabinets, a bar, and countertops on all of it. Then they put together and plumbed all the fixtures and appliances. The results were beautiful, and they took great care of the house. Can't even tell they were there, except for the totally updated kitchen. I'd recommend R Hammond construction to anybody, and I look forward to working with them on future projects.

Rick and his crew did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel. They were always on time and easy to work with. We are extremely pleased with the final results.

Installing a door was a much bigger task than I hoped for and out of the 6 options I considered R Hammond was at the top of the list.
Rick was so easy to work with for this door installation project. He'd answer text within minutes. I love the way the door came out AND the blinds in the sidelite was an awesome addition. I was hope for a full view without the middle bar but will work too. I'd differently use his construction company again.

We have used R. Hammond construction since 2013. We will never use any other construction company. These guys are the best. We have several jobs that they have completed. No job is to big or to small. R. Hammond can handle them all. These are a small sample of their work.

I absolutely love the finished result of the work Rick and his crew did on my house. First, they painted the outside, then replaced 2 attic windows, and to top it off, built a beautiful new front porch. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend this company for any remodeling project. They were very accommodating and I would definitely use them again.

Roof installed over patio back in September. We are VERY happy with the end product and highly recommend them for any construction project! Great job R Hammond Construction!
