We needed an immediate septic system locate in order to select a site for drilling a new water well since our house was without water. The old well casing had collapsed from age which necessitated drilling a new well. Jeremiah and Chris came out the next day and located and marked where the leach lines were and how deep they were so we could proceed with selecting a new well site. They were professional, courteous and efficient in their work. Highly recommend!

Donnie Johnston pumped out our septic tanks this morning and spent time explaining the process and how everything works as this is our first home with septic. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and explained everything fully. Highly recommend Chuck’s Septic! Both Donnie and John R., who has provided services, were great to deal with!

Home areation system was pumped and an issue arose. Manager Jeremy sent Allen to follow-up…both very professional and easy to work with. Good experience also with John last month who performed inspection of my system. Office staff very helpful.

I had sewer line blockage due to tree roots. I called and was promptly scheduled for the following afternoon. Logan was our technician. He showed up on time and was very courteous and explained the process. He was very through and made sure the line was completely clear of any roots and any other debris. Also the cost for the job was very reasonable and fair.

The difference between this company and Apex plumbing is night and day. Logan was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable , on time and very reasonably priced. I will use this company again when I have plumbing issues. The woman who answers the phone is very pleasant and they keep you updated on when they will arrive( which was the same day I called) Thank you CST Utilities!

Tracy Shipley was very helpful investigating a sewer line break when I was selling a house. It was at the city wye connection and he advised how I could contact the city to potentially get them to fix it and it actually worked! It’s always difficult working with the city but Tracy helped me save 10K on what would have been a tricky repair in the street. Will definitely reach out to him for my next utility line work.

Allen was super helpful. This is our first house with a septic tank and we had no idea what to expect. He took the time to answer all our questions and explain things we wouldn't think to ask about. Highly recommend CST to all. Great service!

Randy and his team was amazing to work with to help fix our sewer line problems. He offered different options and was great with communication throughout the process.
