K and G came out for a consultation. They were extremely professional, not pushy and very educational. They were knowledgable and extremely helpful and didn't they to sell me on unneeded items. I would definitely recommend them for basement repairs and other services.

In selling our home, the buyer’s home inspectors asserted that the house had foundation issues. We contacted K&G Contracting, who inspected the foundation and had questions about the buyer’s inspectors’ report’s. K&G explained the issue in non-engineering terms so we had a good understanding. K&G went out of their way to help us employ a structural engineering expert who performed a detailed review of the foundation and found that the buyers inspector’s asserted issues were unfounded. Had K&G just agreed to perform the work as the buyer’s inspectors suggested, the cost would have been tens of thousands of dollars. But K&G went out of their way to make sure that only the work actually needed was performed. K&G’s honesty and integrity was very much appreciated. We highly recommend K&G Contracting.

They did a fantastic job. They were here exactly when they said they would be. Very respectful and cleaning up after themselves. When they finished the job we didn't have to clean anything. They told us everything about the job they were doing for us and the cost explained everything in detail. If i ever need any type of work they do i will definitely call them. You should to.

K&G contracting did a great job on our structural basement repair. We had a foundation wall that shifted and required structural reinforcement. K&G worked with our structural engineer and took us through the repair process. Kyle spent a lot of time explaining the concepts in detail, but in a way I could understand. He took the extra step of exploring a couple of different reinforcement methods. In the end, he was able to recommend a more cost efficient solution that met the engineering requirements. Finding the best value for our repair, along with the communication along the way made it a painless process. Truly a class act company that take great pride in their work and look after the best interests of their customers. Highly recommended

They were prompt and on time once the project was started, and improvised at times to give us a very professional looking finish of our materials selected for install. Tom from Thomcon Renovations was very easy to work with. He really listens to what you want and helps you to make decisions. He and his brother do impeccable work and really take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them.

I called and left a message on the voicemail at Vics floors and Vic called me back that afternoon. When I described to him the work that I needed done, and wanted to make an appt for him to come look at it and give us a recommendation as to what they would do and how they could fix it, he said "THAT'S NOT ME, I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT"! and then HUNG UP ON ME! I was shocked that the man that owned the business hung up on a customer.

Thats the place to get all your floor needs , they do great job on installation as well , reasonable prices , high quality material.

They did great work at what I believe was a very fair price. Easy scheduling and nice guys. Would use again for sure.

We had a entire first floor remodel, including a kitchen that Viktor and his team helped out with. They demo'd 1500 sqft of various flooring, raised a sunken room, installed new 4" white oak, sanded and finished. From the beginning and throughout the project he was very straightforward in every aspect. I would highly recommend Viktor and his team.

Vic's Floors did a large job for us installing new hardwood floors for a portion of our first floor (kitchen, mudroom, family room) and refurnished the pre-existing hardwood floors on the remainder of our first floor and staircase and portions of the second floor. It looks very, very good! I would recommend and use them again for sure.
