My husband and I went through quite an unusual ordeal beginning in January after having 25 feet (6 feet underground) of our sewer pipe replaced to the city main 3 years ago by Mr. Rooter. When the sewer backed up in January, we discovered the pipe was, in fact, not replaced to the city main and there was an additional 22 feet of piping that went straight down below ground (to the city main) where Mr. Rooter left off. Mr. Rooter denied any responsibility for the lack of disclosure and false information and said they did not have the equipment to go that far below ground anyway and we felt completely dismissed. For approximately 7 weeks we had very limited use of the toilet, and no use of the shower, washing machine, or the dishwasher/disposal as we contacted various companies to resolve the problem. Several people came out to assess the situation and said they could take care of the problem only to back out due to liability concerns.

Finally, we were referred to CST Utilities and from the very first conversation with Pam we felt reassured and confident that our problem would be taken seriously, and Pam scheduled someone to come to our home the next day. We were also contacted by Trace who was very empathetic and professional, and he got the ball rolling. Trace stayed in contact with us the entire time with updates and time frames which we appreciated so much especially since that had not been our experience with other companies. The entire crew that worked on our property were always at our home first thing in the morning and really took care not to impact our trees, even though we knew that was a possibility. When my husband and I spoke with various people on the crew, they were very nice and expressed empathy for our situation. They completed the enormous job in 4 days, it would have been 3 days had it not rained one day that week. Additionally, they left our yard in the best condition possible for that level of excavation.

Jesse and Luke are amazing guys. My main drain to my house was clotted. Jesse called me and we talked about the problem. He sent Luke out quickly. Luke was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix it. I highly recommend these two.

Beware! Someone from this company showed up without an appointment and walked through my yard, AND took pictures!! They said they were called by 811 whom I called to get utility clearance for a small fence, which was NOT TRUE (confirmed with the 811 people) DIGCHECK BY USIC (the people that are working for 811) already came the day before and marked my property. This guy from CST Utilities handed us a "free estimate" brochure. Just plain lied about why he was at my house. They are trying to get business???? I will report this to the Attorney General and BBB.

Steph was most well met and very efficient. Our pump out was completed with no issues and some pleasant conversation.

I paid for septic refurbishment and the price was reasonable. I kept having issues with my system. Jesse sent Dave and Carter to fix the issue which they did with ease. Dave, Carter and Jesse are kind, considerate, hardworking, pleasant and helpful. Very respectful of my property. Trash removed and property left as it was prior to their work.

I highly recommend CST for any major plumbing job. The workers were very knowledgeable, and most of were very respectful to the inside of my home. The work they did on my major water service line was done through my basement and they didn't have to tear up my front lawn. They made everything go so well. I can't say enough about this company. The workers were very professional and friendly. They did a great job on cleaning up my property. I was informed on everything about the job. The supervisor made several visits to the site as work was being done. If a person has any plumbing issues hire, hire, hire this company. You won't regret it. Thanks again for any job WELL DONE.
