Vic was recommended to me by a realtor friend of mine. He has done two jobs for me (sanding and refinishing my living room, stairway, upstairs hallway and upstairs longue) and did an excellent job for an excellent price. Everyone who comes into my house compliments me on my floors. That was five years ago. When I was ready to have my bedroom floors done this week, Vic said he would be happy to do it but had so much business that he couldn't get to it for a month! I cant' wait that long, so I hope to find someone as good as he is for the price he charges.

Vic’s did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood in our living room and hallway. We were trying to cut costs a little so what was particularly impressive was how well they matched the stain to the existing hardwood in the bedrooms. They also recommended doing a top coat in the areas that weren’t refinished so they all looked nice and shiny. Super happy with the result and affordability of the job...we have received many compliments too.

Vic and his team were excellent. We hired them to rescue a new hardwood floor instal that had gone terribly wrong - the contractor walked out when we asked him to stain the floors to match the existing (this was the agreement and why he was hired in the first place!). Anyways, Vic and his team came in and corrected all the mistakes, sloppy craftsmanship etc, and blended the floors to existing hardwoods beautifully. If I had known I would have used them to start! Highly recommend!

This is a bit overdue. We had Vic’s out a few years ago. I wanted to live with it for a year and then do a review in case any problems popped up.

None did.
Price was great. Cheaper than most.
Very professional and honest. Recommended against doing stairs not because we couldn’t afford it but simply because he thought painted and a runner would look better so why pay more.

My wife can also see any chip, scratch, or dent. Vic told us to live with it a month or two and mark any imperfections we found. They came out over a day and fixed them all.

The few steps to our bathroom they also did a great job on. This is acacia wood and impossible to match the grain. We couldn’t find anyone who had steps in this wood that matched the finish. It was only a single step but they used the floor bards and made it work.

A couple years later and zero issues. I’m sure I’ll have them back in several years for any repairs if needed and for the last floor of carpet we have left.

Very pleased with CST services in unclogging my kitchen sink today! Logan was

CST installed a new water service from the street to my home to replace a 60 year old pipe. They came with state of the art equipment - directional boring as well as nimble excavators, and water vacuum technology that can vacuum up clay and rocks up to 7 inches. In a day and a follow-up morning of punch work, 270 feet of new pipe was installed, multiple pits were excavated as needed, etc etc. Work was completed inspected, went excellently. James was our customer contact and did great. The foreman on this job worked smart and hard. There were in fact two additional management personnel that were on site briefly in addition to James and the foreman.

It was impressive - directional boring, water vacuuming, excavating, well managed. 10 different personnel on site at times. All problems addressed.

The cost of the job was a good value and fair in my opinion. I recommend a call to CST when you need high end utility construction work.

Donny was awesome! Gave us plenty of tips and tricks to keep our grease traps as clean as possible!

CST has been fantastic to work with. I would 100% recommend CST anytime. Friendly, informative, easy to work with. From the perspective of someone who knows how contractors *can* be, but also doesn’t work in the industry at all, it’s been awesome.

CST repaired my leaking water main. Cole was easy to work with, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all questions. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole process (utility marking - excavation - repair/inspection). I highly recommend CST utilities. When the City of Columbus told me I have 14 days to fix a water leak or water will be turned off I immediately contacted 4 companies for estimates. Not a cheap endeavor and very very stressful for a homeowner. Cole with CST provided me with a quick estimate, thorough service and ultimate professionalism. He took over the entire project and removed all stress! He took care of all permitting, marked parking areas to be blocked way in advance, the team showed up on time, and finished ahead of schedule. I always check all contractors with the BBB of central Ohio to check for unresolved complaints and reviews. I can’t recommend this company enough.

I worked with Cole to have CST replace an old galvanized water line coming into my house from the alley in downtown Columbus. My timing was not ideal, as it was the dead of winter, while we had 6+ inches of snow and ice on the ground, however the water pressure in the house was very bad and could not wait. Cole and his team did a phenomenal job despite all of the obstacles they had to overcome. The ground was frozen solid, the curb box was covered in multiple layers of ice of snow, we had some of the coldest temperatures of the year, and they were working around a holiday weekend when the city was not able to come inspect for a few days. Even with all of this they took every step to ensure the job was done right, and handled the entire situation professionally. While I only interacted directly with Cole I know there were many other team members involved that helped to pull this off. In the end the water line was successfully replaced, and the water pressure issue in the house resolved.
Cole was EXCELLENT at communicating and keep me up-to-date on progress, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend CST for professional, quality work.

I called and left a message, Trace got back to me within the hour, I was trying to get an estimate on new septic installation. Trace did some investigating and informed me that I was already hooked to city sewer, and on well water, he emailed me the blueprints and permits from when the work was done, actually saved me up to 18k!!!. All of this was done in just a few hours. Trace is the best, very responsive, honest and informative, I would definitely recommend CTS!!!!!

Talked to someone on phone regarding Septic estimate. He advised to send design and soil sample. That was emailed on March 15. Followed up with Phone Call and left message for John on March 29 advising estimate not received. As of April 9, still nothing. Going with a contractor with better customer service.

I called CST and spoke with Trace after my elderly mother-in-law was being preyed upon by another plumbing company. Trace sent his crews the next morning and fixed her issues for 1/6 of the cost the other company was offering as their 3 star solution. The Team was honest and helpful.
