I called because I was missing my hot water heater vent cap from a recent wind storm. I wanted someone local to Grove City. They came out that same day and fixed it. They are a fantastic choice for a Columbus roofing contractor. I would highly recommend them.

They were amazing! I purchased my first home that needed a new roof immediately. The owner himself came out and evaluated the roof. They took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me and answered all my questions. (which you know were a lot being a first time own owner). They handled everything for me, all I had to do was pick the colors. The service was quick and and beautiful. If I could give a 10 start review I would!

We ended up adding metal roofing to our front entry porch and our backyard shed. Also, new black gutters with gutter guards and downspouts!

From an estimate that took our financial concerns into consideration, to the friendly and very capable installers, and hands on assistance with paperwork and payment, etc we could not have asked for a more satisfactory experience.

Sublime Roofing replaced the roofing on our home in the summer of 2025. I found them to be an honorable and responsible company that did an excellent job. Their quote was in the lower half of the seven contractors I had contacted. Their communication was very good, keeping me informed of the project status and answering my many questions. They got on the roof and inspected it, and even put a temporary patch over a satellite-dish hole for free before any contract was signed. They crawled inside our nasty attic and told me about its condition. I did not get any annoying hard-sell tactics. The crew took about a day and a half to finish the work. They removed two obsolete antennas as requested. Jeff & Michael concerned themselves with the problems unique to my home and addressed them. While the crew was working, Jeff discovered that two bathroom vents vented inappropriately to the attic – not outside – which is not to code and adds moisture. He bought and installed roof vents. Jeff told me our chimney is not brick, but just a hollow wooden frame (with the chimney exhaust tube inside) that is prone to weathering. Jeff replaced the rotted trim on the chimney structure for a reasonable fee. After finishing, the crew spent a lot of time cleaning up, including running a magnetic rake to pick up nails and using a leaf blower on the deck and driveway. One fellow even cleaned our skylights. When I walked around the yard to inspect afterwards, the landscaping was surprisingly unscathed and there were no leftover construction materials. The shingles workmanship looks fine. There were no roof leaks during two storms that dumped about 2” of rain that weekend. While I was writing out the check, Jeff & Michael inspected the roof and found a gutter leaf screen issue that they had a gutter contractor come out and fix for free. Thank you for the great job, Sublime.

Jason/Crystal and the whole sublime Roofing team are very nice people and professional. Our roof installation project was executed exactly according to plan. In the process, they kept us informed of all the details on what to expect and the progress. At the end of the installation, they thoroughly clean all the surroundings. We are very satisfied with their work.

Sublime Roofing was wonderful! They did a thorough inspection and explained what was needed. They answered all my questions quickly and kept me up to date on the status of the project. They did a great job on my roof. They even came back the next day to ensure all the debris was cleaned since it was after dark when they finished.

Sublime was crucial in getting my multi-building claim accepted. Jeff and Michael went over and above my expectations. It took several months to get the claim approved and they help with anything that we needed. The new roofs are on and look great!! They matched the color and style perfectly. We had multiple crews working and they were ALL great on cleanup, time to completion and any issue or question we had was answered.

Sublime roofing did an amazing job and totally transformed my home. From being extremely upset from a large tree falling on our house to what now is a beautiful place that I call home. If I could give 6 stars I would they are easy to work with and so top notch work.

We chose Sublime Roofing to do a full exterior renovation on our home. We wanted our plain 80’s salt box to stand out, and they were there to help us with design decisions and options. We added a new roof, vinyl siding, a beautiful cultured stone siding, and white trim. It’s been a year since Sublime finished and we still smile every time we pull in the driveway. I cannot recommend them enough.
