Tanner with Best Choice Roofing took great care of us, a true professional. Following severe weather in 2023, Tanner inspected all my investment properties, and discovered three suffered significant damage. He also photo documented my other properties in case of future damages for additional insurance claims. He made the process easy and seamless, dealing with the insurance agent and forwarded documentation as needed. This ensured timely payments from the insurance company to issue full payment to Best Choice Roofing. The process was painless because of Tanner and his help. He was hands on with his crews, constantly keeping us informed on progression through text messaging and pre/post photos. Their work is top notch. Tanner routinely went back to the job sites, even after the jobs were completed, to address any small punch out items noticed by the tenants. He was also proactive informing of us of any non-related maintenance issues that needed to be addressed by our management company. Despite delays related to insurance adjusters, weather, and/or special order materials, Tanner made sure the jobs were moving forward to completion, and consistently informed us along the way. I will be using Tanner and his team again for our next roofing needs. Be confident with Tanner as your advocate and the process with him.

Great customer service. They came when expected. I went to work came home and they were almost done. My roof looks great! We had a bad storm a couple days after they put it on. Very high winds. It held up great! I'd highly recommend them. I'd give them ten stars if I could. Great job!

We had a terrible experience with this company. It started off positively, but once we had made the down payment, communication completely broke down. On the day of the work, we were told that we'd suddenly owe an additional $3700 dollars for decking work. We refused, and were told we would then not receive a warranty on the work. When we refused again, we were told "oh, we can actually repair the rotted parts for $200."

Unknown to us, they submitted an amendment to our insurance company for $3000 after the fact and threatened to put a lien on our house if we didn't hand over the check, even though they only did $200 additional work, last we heard.

They refused to provide itemized bills (or bills at all, until it's paid). They also left leftover materials sitting in our yard for more than two weeks, not returning our messages about it.

As far as I'm concerned, they are grifters and are being reported to the BBB.

I needed to repair or replace my roof due to age and recent wind damage. I normally chase off salespeople at my door, but Dan picked a good time to drop by. Dan closed the sale with me in 15 minutes by being genuine, polite and knowledgeable. Best Choice Roofing provided an awesome-looking roof on my house using high-quality materials. The job included matching shingles on my shed, all at a price that seemed more than reasonable to me.

Carlos and the installation crew were very hard-working and capable, as evidenced my how nice my roof looks from the curb. They protected my landscaping well during installation, and did a thorough clean-up afterward. Tanner supervised the installation and seemed to go out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied with the final product.

I have no complaints. Nice to have another quality choice for roofing services here in Columbus.

Everyone I worked with was polite. The crew was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It took nearly 3 months from the time they had me sign the paperwork til the roof was actually done, but that was mainly due to the time of year and the weather.

Seth was amazing doing a thorough inspection, taking a video and explaining what was wrong with our roof. He was very knowledgeable and professional in doing his inspection and going over his findings and recommendations with us. We really appreciated him and his willingness to help us.

I hired this company to perform my roof replacement after seeing the reviews in google. I hired them to do the job for insurance payment options. However, now they are saying that it is a Retail option and I will need to pay it from my pocket. They don't care if I get it paid or not from Insurance, but they want it to be paid in full by this week inspite of their sales person being on all the communcations with my insurance company and they all know that I am going thru Insurance. Their customer service is so rude and would not even listen to me. Never expected this from Best Choice Roofing. Not sure if this is a Best or Worst Choice Roofing.

I have a friend who hired these guys over a month ago. They cashed the check so they got paid but there has been the convenient no communication. But they cashed the check for the job and their is no materials at the job. My friend said that she hasn't seen anyone. It sounds like you want to get ripped off this is where you go

Had roof replaced. Looks good but since I'm not a roofer I do not know If correct?
Communication from start til even now has not been good
Nothing in original invoice that said would be charged $75 for additional OSB board. Was told might need a few boards and should be 500 or 600. Was told 4 included in invoice, altho not stated in invoice
. Then got bill for over $2000 after I told the salesman I didn't have extra thousands. Said I could finance and, after the fact was told had 4 months to pay it off
Roof finished. Clean up wasn't great. Instead of dumpster, used a trailer and now have big rut in my yard. Was told, like 2 weeks ago, they would bring dirt and fill it in, that has not happened.
Came to agreement to take 200 off if paid cash. It has been paid. Asked for original and extra invoices showing "paid in full" and havent gotten that. Asked for receipts showing they purchased additional 30 OSB boards, haven't gotten that. Was told had pictures showing what they used, haven't gotten that. Needless to say, my first experience with a roofing contractor has not been great
The communication was nonexistent and I still don't have what was discussed

Been weeks. Got my rut filled up with topsoil, but no other contact, and no invoices or receipts. How hard is sending paperwork?

Still haven't heard from anyone and I still dont have the papers I requested

4 months ago said they'd contact me and that still hasn't happened. Hope I don't have issues with my roof cause they will probably not be addressed

Jackson Thomas was great he give Great price and follow thought with game plan.Office did great job get sch call me let they would be here.crew was great take off old roof and found some bad plywood replace it.Found 1 plywood that hole burn in it look like fire work land on it set side so i could see it.Did great job clean up.person in charge here 2 time check on crew and here on when they compete job long JACKSON THOMAS HERE On complete job for walk round inspection make sure that I that happen with work.Best thing said about JACKSON THOMAS THAT go great detail about they going start to finish on job.I talk 3 time job was done and he want to make sure i like work done. IF up I would give everyone raise BEST CHOICE ROOFING AND if every need new roof 1 Call and only call will be BEST CHOICE ROOFING.THANK FOR GREAT JOB. THANK TO JACKSON THOMAS
