Just had my roof installed today. The Rep who helped me get everything set up was in and out all day to help with any issues. Zach did a wonderful job of making sure everything was handled with care. The installers were fast and efficient, done in an day. Would recommend to anyone who needs a roof.

*Updated review* I am updating my previous review of Best Choice Roofing. First my apologies to Rudy Moreno. I wrote the previous review due to other experiences with companies and a fear of trusting door-to-door representatives. Initially I tried to send PDF documents to Rudy’s phone that, for whatever reason, didn’t go through via my phone or email. I got upset and thought the worse. In my frustration I didn’t think to try to call him. However Rudy and his co-worker showed up the next day as he promised. He returned the following day, on a Saturday no less, to help me with my insurance company and to get the ball rolling. Two of other companies dropped the ball with no communication. Whatever happens and I am hoping for the best, I am giving 5 stars because he proved me wrong. There are people who do care and will try their best to help.

Someone by the name of Rudy Moreno (which was NOT his name) was canvassing in my area yesterday and came to my home. I discussed the situation with my home and he stated he would work with me. I told him immediately please don't BS me as I had already been through this and prefer someone be truthful. He supposedly wrote down his number and email to send him information I received from my insurance company for him to "take a look to see what he could do". Of course when I sent the email it came back saying the email address does not exist and neither does the telephone number. He also made an appointment for today to come back to discuss options and said he would also clean the gutter at the front of my home at no charge. It had started to rain while he was at my home and he saw water was draining through my awning and not through the down spout. When he said he would clean my gutter, I knew immediately he was lying. I may be a senior but I am not stupid. Even if there was something this company could help me with I wouldn't trust them. I don't want a response so don’t bother contacting me.. I just want others to know this company is not reputable. If someone they sent to canvas my neighborhood couldn't be truthful why would I trust them if contracted to do work? I have a limited income and don't need the nonsense. My roof will be repaired eventually but definitely not by this company. They are a member of the BBB, so check the BBB reviews too, so buyer beware.

Zander was open and honest when it came to my roof inspectionn he took his time and showed me all the damage and worked with me to File a claim I recommend going to him if you need a inspección and help getting it taken Care of

Great company! We had our garage roof replaced. It was done with great communication and perfection. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a roofing job completed.

Let me first say that the quality of the metal roof that I have looks beautiful and I will add pictures to show. I gave two stars versus one star only because of the quality of work done. I would say that if you don't mind being charged for things that are not delivered based on the design, told multiple times. false information, no deadlines, this company is for you

I initially started with them in August and my HOA said they needed proof that they had a valid permit. They said that they would approve them doing the work with a valid permit. It then proceeded to take multiple weeks for them to get the permit, although they continued to tell me it was approved.

Once it was finally were approved. they said they ordered the, and I found out that was not true because a few weeks later they said they had miss estimated and in order to get the material they had to charge me 10% more. Although I went against my better judgment, Seth, the sales guy was extremely kind, professional and I really wanted to have faith that the company would be what Seth appeared to be.

The materials did not arrive until mid October and I was told that the team would be there 7:00 a.m. on Monday morning to get started. 7:00 a.m. came and went and the production manager; I won't say his name because he was literally the worst; however, in person a very kind man; but zero communication skills. zero follow through, and zero customer focus.

They finally got there on Tuesday and started the work. I was told it would be a couple of days...not. I told later that they were then at half staff and a few days turned into over a week. The crew made such a tremendous mess that paper and soot continue to blow through my neighborhood and into my neighbor's yards. so much that someone complained to the HOA and I was told I would be fined if it continued.

Guess who was out there picking up paper from neighbor's yards, not the crew but me, until they saw me and then they proceeded to try to help a little bit. Had I known that they were understaffed, perhaps I would have been a little more understanding; but at the same time they should have had someone cleaning up because I was cleaning up mess that had blown seven houses down.

Next, I would love to say the work is done, but it's not. They received payment because I paid half cash and the other half financed. I gave them my complete payment because there were smaller things left to do and said I would not sign off that the job is complete until the work was done, they process the paperwork like I signed off but I never had, needless to say, I was told they would be back on Thursday after they finish the bulk of the work on Tuesday; they never came. Then I was told they would come on Friday, they never did. Then I called the owner who called the general manager and he called me and promised me that the work would be done today and that the crew would be there at 9:00 a.m.. well, it is almost 1:00 p.m. the crew never showed and the general manager has not responded to any of my communications. The production manager responded and said they think they can get there between 3:00 and 4:00. again getting the run around but they didn't have a problem cashing my check.

I sent a communication to the owner and have still not heard anything. if you want to deal with a professional company that honors its word, honors deadlines and gives you what you pay for, then this is NOT the company for you. If you don't care about deadlines, getting exactly what you paid for, no honor and unprofessional but amazing end result , then this is exactly the company for you.

I can honestly say that if I had to rate the quality of the roof. it would be almost five star, if I had to rate the sales guy, it would be four star; if I had to rate everything else it would be zero to one star.
The pictures show the beautiful final result but also the outstanding work that I'm still waiting to be completed...😭

Best Choice roofing assisted in getting us a new roof for both our house and garage. There were some struggles with the insurance that took some time but they worked through it. The contractors came on time and were done in 1 day. They cleaned up perfectly and the roof looks great!

Best choice roofing is an amazing company to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional to work with. The time line of the work is incredible. From start to finish of the roof was around 2 weeks and that’s including all the paper work and the installation. BCR is all over an amazing company to work with.

He took the time to come & assess my roof, bring new contractors out, & make sure I was informed of everything that was going to take place. Now, here’s my experience with Best Choice Roofing. I hired this company back in November of 2023 to install a new roof on my home and while they completed it pretty quickly, the finished result didn’t look like a new roof. My shingles were cupped & I kept getting reassured that they would flatten in the warmer months. I waited until spring/summer and noticed the shingles were still not lying down and there was now a dip developing in my brand new roof. I reached out to all 3 of the representatives that I had been dealing with and 2 of them were no longer with the company and the other one kept giving me the run around. After months & months of being ignored it was now a year after my roof had been installed and now my ceiling was leaking… directly under where there was a dip in my roof. I started hounding them again about coming to reassess my “new” roof & now the crack in my ceiling. At this point I had gone through about 6 different points of contact & they kept saying that it was not their fault & I would probably have to pay more. At that point I started calling corporate & threatening to sue. Fast forward to now almost 2 years after my roof had been installed (Sept/Oct 2025) I now have another new roof that actually looks like a new roof thanks to Josh.

Best choice roofing is an amazing company to work with. The sales rep Mr Wiseman was extremely knowledgeable and an amazing person to work with. He helped me out with everything from picking out which shingles to go with to the color of my drip edge even the color of my gutters. 10/10 would definitely recommend working with this company.
