If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would, they were great to work with. From the start they were very professional, and communication was always excellent. Jackson was my main contact, Tanner was the jobsite point man, Tammy was in the office, and they were all great at their jobs. Their prices were better than others I received and that was using the best products available. I was concerned about the installation beforehand as I had a large roof with a complex structure but the crew that installed my new roof was absolutely amazing and could not have done a better job. Everything down to the last detail including cleanup was awesome!!! I would definitely recommend this company.

After storm and wind damage we needed a new roof. After contacting insurance and dealing with the adjuster, we were informed only had the roof would be covered under insurance. The back half didn’t suffer any damage, and it isn’t visible from the street. That was insane to hear. Some were paying more than 80% out of pocket. We contacted several roofing companies for estimates. The price ranges given were crazy. First off, most quotes were given via email using google maps. Others a quick pull into the drive way a few measurements and 5 minutes later here is your quote. Our last estimate was with Best Choice Roofing. At this point from previous companies we were a bit discouraged.
Seth came to the door and actually came in the house. He got on the roof got measurements and even took a video with cometary listing the damages and letting us know the previous shingles were improperly installed. (Super disappointing-installed before we bought it) Seth then gained access to our attic to check the OSB boards and look for leaks. He then showed us the type of materials used, uploaded an image of our home to a website to view shingle colors on our house. Informed us of their warranty, which was something no other companies had offered. That is what drew us to Best choice the most. Another factor was the hanging of nets to catch debris and that they would walk the perimeter with magnets to pick up any lost nails. They would bring a large trailer for the old materials. No massive dumper put in the drive way. This was important to us to prevent our xl breed dogs from eating them or suffering an injury. Another positive factor was that they have a third party inspection, checking the materials and labor to ensure it was done properly. Best choice also offered financing, that sealed the deal. We were approved for more than what we needed for the roof so we went ahead and used their sub contractor for new gutters and down spouts. We were feeling pretty good with our decision to go with Best Choice Roofing. A huge weight had been lifted off our shoulders.
A few weeks later we got put on the books with a date. Materials were dropped off the day before in the area we had stated they should put them. We arranged to be off work so we would take our dogs for the day so they didn’t have to listen to strangers pound on the roof all day.
Gutters and down spouts were installed a few days later. What was discouraging about this sub contracted company was their lack of care in picking up nails, screws and debris. I got a Tupperware FULL of nails and screws They also had to come back a few times to reseal and adjust. Thankfully it had rained the evening after installation so we knew there were leaks. And it continued to rain that week. The third visit to adjust they had us sign warranty papers. We thought that was shady because these re visits were due to improper installation.
We called about a month later asking when the third party inspection would happen. We were told that inspector would call us before he came out.
We also needed documentation to submit to our insurance company to retrieve the depreciation and code upgrade costs. This was the most difficult part of this process. Let me firstly say, Tammy is not pleasant and can be a bit rude, actually. My husband refused to contact her anymore, so I reached out to Seth to see if I could get any further. We needed an invoice with materials used and the cost. Best Choice does not provide detailed and itemized invoices. The only document I had was from the finance company. I fought with our insurance and Best Choice for several weeks. Finally our insurance accepted the document and many photos. Inspection was more than two months later, and it went well.
Nearly 3 months later we finally felt it was time to do a review. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the roof, some aspects within the company need improvement.

A bunch of my roof tiles flew off during the big wind storm the last Friday. I contacted Subline among a few other roofers. Sublime replied and I had sent them a message Saturday evening that I was concerned about the rain that was supposed to come by Mo day. They came out on a Sunday and trapped up the roof for me. I was pleasantly surprised they were willing to help me out on a Sunday. I am so appreciative and am hoping once things get settled with my insurance to have them do my roof. Great experience thus far!

Sent them an email requesting to get a quote for the roof on our house. Jeff Simmons called within an hour. He explained that they use satellite photos to review and create the quote. Very cool stuff in my opinion. We should see the quote middle of next week.

We requested a quote and the very next day they were out inspecting our roof and clearly explaining exactly what to expect. Their responsiveness and communication were outstanding from start to finish. Within just a few days of receiving the quote, the work began and was completed right on schedule.
