Dependable, diligent, trustworthy, timely, and a decent sense of humor. After getting a couple other quotes and one "In my 20 years of experience this is the worst I've ever seen. We need to replace..." Kevin was able to come in, get the job done, and do quality work at a reasonable price. He was professional, clean, and explained everything he needed to do clear enough for this shop class dropout to understand. I considered taking a half a star off because I didn't see the stereotypical plumber's crack, but my drains have never run smoother. Kevin is my #3 favorite plumber after Mario and Luigi.

Western Reserve Plumbing what a stellar company!! Jon used some of his artistry with scheduling to work around a public utility with its many challenges to turn off the water supply. It did not stop there. Jon exhibited his wizardry on removing a leaking gate valve and produced a work of art to interface to the public meter. Jon went up and beyond to assist me in navigating my existing water heater warranty, getting a new unit and installing it the SAME DAY. This is highly unusual service in this day and age. KUDOS to Western Reserve, Jon and Kevin the owner.

I called Western Reserve about a shower issue I had and Kevin gave me a couple things to check before he even came out. His advice fixed the problem perfectly. By giving me free advice he gained me as a future customer. Great guy!

My shower head leaked & I couldn’t get the water hot. Jon P explained it was the shower valve causing the problem and not the shower head. He replaced the old valve with a new one and now I have full force hot water & no leaks. Jon was professional, neat & quick. I would definitely recommend Jon P. at Western Reserve Plumbing.

The owner of this company kindly tried helping us solve our problem over the phone, without a service call. It was over our pay grade, so some skilled guys came out & repaired the problem. They gave us choices as to how we wanted it done. All were correct, just different costs due to extensiveness. I won't hesitate to recommend this company and also use them for any future problems. Thank you for being an old-fashioned company. Your tradesmen know the new best ways to get things completed. That's the very best combination.

Couldn’t recommend them more! We’ve had Kevin come out a couple times for different issues and each time he was extremely fast, efficient and honest with us. My wife and I had recently purchased our first house. A few months in we discovered unfortunately that there was water coming through the kitchen ceiling from our upstairs guest bathroom. We reached out to Western Reserve Plumbing to come give us an estimate to assess the leak. Their technician John P. was very professional and arrived on time. He was able to provide several options to us as this was a concealed plumbing issue. Once the leak was identified, our technician was able to fix the leak in the least intrusive way. Needless to say, we will be using Western Reserve Plumbing for any and all plumbing issues moving forward. Now we don't have to worry about water dripping into our kitchen any more!

When you call the, owner answers and you're able to explain exactly what you need and ask questions. JP and Darren came at the scheduled time and let us know they were on their way. JP is great at answering questions and problem solving. The work was great and they left all work areas clean. I highly recommend this company.

Had a water pressure issue the day before Thanksgiving and couldn’t find anyone that would come fix it. Kevin sent Greg over and figured out the issue real quick and fixed it. And they refused to charge me because it was such a quick fix. Classy people.

We have used Western Reserve plumbing for all our plumbing and boiler needs for years. They have been fantastic! We don’t know what we would do without them finding solutions for some of the unique features in our 1950s home. On top of that, they are always on time, quick and incredibly professional.
