I had a mysterious leak happening in my basement. Called Western Reserve during the holidays and spoke with Kevin. Kevin spent 15 minutes with me on the phone to help triage the situation and see if I could fix it myself (a lot of other companies just try to get you on the schedule without asking any other questions). After no luck he sent his team the next day and over the course of an hour his team and I spent time investigating the issue. Turns out no leaky pipes or bad plumbing just a bad fridge leaking water through the hardwood. The team was great to work with and after all that time I was charged nothing! Western Reserve does free estimates and since no work was technically done they didn’t charge. Will keep them in mind for the next job and highly recommend!

Not many companies around like this anymore. When you call, you speak with the owner, Kevin. He and his crew have done multiple projects in my home and are always quick to arrive and do a thorough job. Most recently, talked me through an easy dishwasher fix over the phone when most companies would have come out and charged hundreds. One of the few companies left out there that doesn't seem to be in a hurry to come collect their service fee and run.

Top notch company! Highly recommend especially if you have well water and need a system installed. Service guys also are very knowledgeable and helpful to answer any questions. Very happy we chose Western Reserve Plumbing.

Western Reserve Plumbing has the best plumbers in Summit County and Ohio. Jon and Darrin P. readily repaired my toilet today. They are honest, got the job done, and they do great quality work. I highly Recommend them as they are my plumbers for life.

They replaced sink and tub fixtures as well as a garbage disposal. All of our questions were answered kindly and patiently. From the call with Kevin to schedule the appointment to JP who did the maintenance on my tankless water heater, everything was fantastic. JP was very efficient and went over everything that he did for the routine maintenance and also gave me a rundown of the system. Safe to say I will be using Western Reserve Plumbing for any other issues/maintenance!
