Angelica & Stasha were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were not only excellent at the work they did for my property, they also are very warm and friendly and exude excellent customer service!

When my basement flooded, Jacqueline and the FANTASTIC ServPro team came out and took care of everything (literally EVERYTHING, from the clean-up to handling the insurance agency) She was such a great help and VERY friendly. The whole team worked very fast and very efficiently to get the basement completely emptied, dried out, got rid of the black mold and safe to be in again. I have and will continue to reccomend ServPro to anybody with any restoration needs.

We have nothing but positive things to say about this Servpro location. When my home was flooded Jacqueline M. Hutchinson came out to assess damage as early as humanly possible. She was so understanding and caring. She took the worry right out of the situation. She facilitated the clean-up, the insurance, the follow-up... absolutely everything. The people who worked on their team were always polite friendly and caring. I highly recommend them for the smallest to the biggest clean-up disasters that happen in your home.

Our basement flooded due to a hose that came off the water connection on the utility sink. The fire department that came out recommended we contact our insurance company. In 20 years living in this home, we've had one home owner's claim. A nice Servpro team cmae to ur home about 2-3 hours later and provided an estimate for the cleanup. Crazy high $, but I needed the water gone and the place dry.

While ServPro did a nice job drying out my basement, the billing department left a really bad impression with me. First they claimed they had not been paid when in fact the insurance company had done an electronic fund transfer to them. I had to provide the details to them. They sent me an invoice for the difference between the insurance electronic fund transfer and their final bill. Then I told them I’d have to figure out how to pay it the remaining deductible that I was not pleased about and I’d get back to them. Their bill to me was dated as being due 3/15/21. It is one week later they have already turned the bill for less than $600 over to collections and their collection agency has already sent me threatening correspondence. I’d been waiting for the stimulus money in order to pay. The total remaining balance was paid via credit card.

Would I recommend them? Based on the actual work, yes, but based on the billing experience, probably not.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Our house flooded on Christmas night. The team that took care of everything did a fantabulous job. Lots of demo work and a time consuming process. My hot water tank broke & water damaged flooring & carpeted areas. I was amazed at how quickly your 1st Team arrived, assessed, and started the process of removal of damaged flooring. Subsequent Teams proceeded with the same work ethic.
Your Teams are very efficient, knowledgeable, considerate, and well organized. Everyone knew their specific tasks & efficiently proceeded in a complimentary manner to achieve the goal for that day. I now look forward to having the damage restoration completed by your company as well.

Terrible experience. Our basement flooded. Servpro came over, assessed the situation and told us it would be $4500. They later billed us for $6100 without giving us any reason why it was more. On top of that, the quality of work was awful. Their main job is to get rid of the water from the basement but there was still standing water after they left the first day so I had to mop up several puddles myself. They also left 2 sopping wet rugs in the basement. One of the 2 dehumidifiers we discovered wasn't even working at the end of day 2. They charged us for floor coverings to "protect our floor" but didn't cover the carpet landing on our stairs or properly cover the hardwood floors in our kitchen.
We've been trying to resolve this issue with them for weeks but no luck. When asked to speak with the owner they say "he's a busy business man, he doesn't have time to call you".

If you used Servpro and they billed your insurance company, please ask to see the final bill. They billed my insurance company for time that the dryers were NOT in my home. When I asked them about it, they said the bill was NON-NEGOTIABLE. I would not ever recommend using them. Never. I'd rather do it all myself than ever deal with them again.

SERVPRO was very responsive when our bathroom, foyer and basement flooded. They came in, assessed the situation, and informed us every step of the way. They were highly professional! They worked quickly and professionally.

The majority of the money they make is from the run time of their machines in your home. So, they ran their machines over a full weekend, only to come in and say it still wasn't dry enough. On Monday, they FINALLY cut the bottom of the drywall out (like they should have in the first place), so it would finally dry out. And still, the machines stayed in longer than needed.

Then, they hound you for payment and aren't responsive to your insurance agents. Overall, just a poor, poor experience. They only care about making as much money as they can.

ServPro of Northern Summit County came to the rescue and did a fantastic job!
BJ was our main reconstruction worker. He went above and beyond. He was meticulous with his work, very respectful and answered all our questions. He was prompt and always kept us updated on what was happening. Dealing with Michele in the Reconstruction office was very nice and always helpful. It's so nice having a functioning kitchen again! Thanks to everyone at ServPro. 5 stars, indeed!

Handled my water mitigation insurance claim in a professional manner. Highly recommend this company if you ever have a homeowners insurance claim.

In 2019, my dad had a pinhole leak in his hot water tank that caused a considerable amount of hot water to spray in the basement for at least two days. A first call to ServPro put us at ease as they were onsite within 2 hours. Unfortunately the damage had already started mold to appear and the team once again calmed the nerves of an 80 year old man.

Every step of the way, they spoke to him with calm and patience even when he asked so many questions.

We are forever grateful for their professionalism and kindness, not to mention the incredible mitigation services!!

I love giving recognition when it's well deserved, and Servpro of Northern Summit County exceeded my expectations. During the August 8th rains, my basement experienced water damage while I was out of the country, and I had no idea what had happened. When I returned, I found wet carpet and thought a few humidifiers and a cleaning would solve the problem—boy, was I wrong! The basement had a slight odor, so I decided to call Servpro. Within four days, they were working on my basement, removing the carpet, cleaning the furniture, tearing out the drywall down to the studs, and running fans and other equipment for several days to dry out the water and humidity.

Matt and his team were professional, hardworking, and kept my wife and me informed throughout the entire process. Being in construction myself—owning The Third Estimate, a company that handles roofing, siding, and windows but not water mitigation—I know what good crews and a well-run company look like. Servpro of Northern Summit County is exactly that.

While I hope my basement never floods again, if it does, I know who I'll call. In the meantime, if anyone asks me or one of my customers about water damage, I will definitely recommend Servpro. Thanks again!
