Was able to have service to my system quickly even after original installation was completed several years ago. Leaf filters ware installed as well as all new seamless gutters and down spouts.

I had gutters installed at the end of June. One long section in the front of my house is holding water as it was not installed properly. When it rains, the gutter overflows in that spot resulting in water in my basement

Nico was fantastic. He came out right on time for the estimate appointment and was extremely thorough, even using a drone. He was very personable and unruffled by my 3 large dogs (2 German Shepherds and a Belgian Malinois,) yet he remained the consummate professional. Your rep, Patrick McMenamy, was great, as was your installer. Everything was explained in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. There was no pressure to do anything that really didn't need to be done...for instance, Patrick did not try to tell me the gutters were pulling away or in danger of falling, they just needed cleaning. I can't remember your installer's name, but he was punctual and extremely professional. And the price was certainly right. I did already recommend your company to a friend who also had the work done and was extremely happy.

Like the Leaf Filter product and have had it in place for a few years now. Was never inspected post-installation, so thought it was time to have it checked to make sure everything was still properly in place and functioning. Representative came earlier than expected - days earlier - and did the requested inspection. While no verbal or emailed report was provided, assume all was OK as there was no indication of problems.

Responsiveness was tremendous. Timely and polite and professional. Heard me out about our concern and then came up with an agreed solution to address it.

Good news is that July has so far seen 150% of normal rainfall and system has
handled it flawlessly.

The service person came out right away. I showed him a video of the problem and he went to work on it, Have not had any heavy rain since his visit, so can't be 100% positive he solved the problem completely. But, he showed me the problem with the original installation that he said was the cause. When the leaf filters were originally installed, they did not remove the downspout guards that had been installed. He also inspected the upper gutters and said they were clear, but he did remove some debris that had accumulated on the roof.

The installer came when they said he would. He was very polite and explained what he would do and cleaned up after. Job was complete as he explained. When we had questions about the installation the installer returned to our home and checked the installation and answered the questions we had. So far we are very happy with Leaf Filter.

I had a leaf filter installed about a year ago, and since that time, I have enjoyed not having to clean my gutters. From time to time, there will be leaves that will accumulate mostly in the corners of the gutters and debris that I will have to call a service tech to come over and clean. I've had no problem with them coming out. They promptly come over and clear out what needs to be cleaned. I'm happy that I purchased the product.

The service was great. I did have an issue after the initial installation however they returned twice to ensure everything was completely resolved. The workers showed genuine care when I explained the issue and ensured I was happy before they left. I didn't have to pay any additional fees for them to resolve the issue since they told me their work has a guarantee that they stand by. Overall a great company and I will definitely use them again for service to my gutters in the future.

The service tech was very descriptive in what he was performing and he professionally informed me of what he was doing and explained exactly as to why this defect of the original gutter installation was incurred! Our issue was resolved extremely quickly. Less than a week from calling about our issue, someone was here to evaluate it and take pictures. A week later, a crew was here to completely redo our gutters. Unfortunately for the company, the gutters had only been up for a few months, and had been installed incorrectly. But it was taken care of. A big thank you.

The entire process experience was great. Knowledge of the product, no leaks lifetime warranty and professional installers.

We love our leaf filter system that keeps me off the roof. The quality is great. I did have a section of gutter that clogged after 8 years sense installation. I like the way my issue was resolved after another roofer alerted me that the filters had not been installed earlier this year.
I was promptly contacted by company, had issue confirmed and a new installer was out the next day to complete the work as contracted.

I was told my gutters would be re align and they weren't. I was told they couldn't be realigned because of a recent new roof job. I told that sales man about the reroofing but was not told that would be an issue. They did however make an effort to help with the overflow of water by putting a shield over my back door gutter and adding a down spout, which did seem to help.
I was pleased with their effort to try and resolve my issue .

We used this company around the summer of 2018. I had issues and getting a response was an issue. Numerous sections of the product were improperly installed. The drip edge of the roof was damaged by their installers. Be careful with these folks, they may not be fly by night, but you will never see them again after they get the cheque in their hands. Be sure to get up on a ladder and inspect their work if you can. The below photos represent only a 20 foot section of the roof I can reach and view. Come this summer I will scope the rest and see what else they have damaged. This was there response to the photos

" Thank you for providing the photos of the system. As per our last conversation in January we can have our technician out to make some adjustments to the filter, there would be a service fee of $95.00 plus tax as this installation was completed in 2018 and is past the 1-year workmanship warranty.
The starter strip is not something we conduct service on, so that would need to be addressed by a qualified roofing company. Please let me know if you would like to have a service scheduled for us to address the concerns with the filter system. "

Yet they were the ones who created this damage. Like I said be aware and do an inspection regardless of how much pressure they are putting on you to get out of there. Ask them to usetheir ladders to view their workmanship. If its good there shouldnt be an issue.

The initial phone contact, appointment for inspection and the estimate, and the actual service were all very professional. The estimated cost and the actual final bill were the same. The young men that performed the service were very conscientious. Everything was picked up. All of the garbage was taken away. They were conscientious and making sure that the parking area was not used more than necessary. They carefully explained how I should care for my gutter. Each person was polite and answered my questions
