Mike M. & Alan came by to clean out our vents. They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up after themselves as best they could! I can’t speak to how effective the cleaning was just yet, time will tell how my asthma feels moving forward, but I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs work done!

Mike M completed carpet cleaning for my house today. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the process and some tips on what I can do next time if I get stain on my carpet. He was also able to remove some marks and stains that the company I used 1.5-2 years ago weren't able to. Thank you Mike M.

Responsive, Courteous, Punctual, Excellent Quality of Service, and Price Competitive - this about sums up my experience with Carpet Pro this past week. I had carpet reinstalled in my basement and cleaning in other parts of the house. Their technician, Mike H, was meticulous and skilled in his craft. But perhaps even more importantly, he demonstrated pride in his work and a desire to deliver an outstanding service. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you have need for restoration or cleaning services.

These guys do a very nice job. Unlike their much larger competitors who have unnecessarily complicated quoting processes with lots of discounts and complexities, I was able to secure a quote from Carpet Pro with a single telephone call that was answered by an actual human being within seconds. That alone was incredibly refreshing. We scheduled the appointment, and two guys showed up on time and did a fantastic job - and they were very professional the entire time. They did not try to change the price or sell me something else I didn't want or ask for. Just did the job and moved on. We were very pleased with the result and will not consider using anyone else but Carpet Pro and would confidently recommend them to family and friends.

Mike Hazel, from Carpet Pro, just provided me service for an unexpected floor and carpet leak from my neighbor's apartment. He was kind, courteous, efficient, helpful, caring, and professional. Mike M and Alan (Andre the Giant) did AMAZING work for me, quickly and efficiently. They immediately identified the problem in my dryer issue (had to run the dryer 4 times a day to get even a small load done), described the issue clearly, and took care of it in a focused and dedicated manner. On top of that they were friendly and respectful! I hope I can work with them again!!

Mike M. Came to do a few units at our property. He was very professional and thorough. Even when residents were difficult he stayed calm and professional.
