Josh & Shawn were awesome! They were on time, courteous and hardworking. They completed a new seam installation abutting to newly installed tile, and a few carpet plugs to get rid of stained areas. They were also able to remove a stain thru a heat transfer technique -all for a very fair price! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for all of your carpeting installs and repairs.

We had a flood in our basement from a faulty water softener install. Mark and the Flood Pro team were on site the very next day. The level of experience and professionalism is truly top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family/friends. They left with the situation 100% resolved and clean.

Today, Tuesday, December 17th we had Carpet Pro Services out to clean out the ductwork in our apartment. The company sent us two gentlemen, Alan and Steve to conduct the cleaning and they were fantastic! The two gentlemen were very friendly. They had great communication skills and talked us through each step of the process. They were patient and kind. They helped us move furniture and belongings and went the extra mile to contain as much debris as possible. They worked fast and efficiently. They made this process as simple and as pleasant as possible. Thank you Alan and Steve! We hope you have a very happy holidays! And we would highly recommend Carpet Pro Services!

Great Company! Good communication and perfect product. Running an Independent and Assisted living community with almost 200 apartments isn’t easy. Then the carpet machine goes down 3 times in 6 months. Carpet Pros stepped in and went above and beyond! It was a pleasure working with everyone in company Mike M., Jack and Tim were very mindful of our residents and detailed it there cleaning. Even going back over areas that the residents caused during the drying process. They all four floors of our 2 section Independent living and 3 floor of our Assisted living in 3 days. Then tackled two service hallways that were not touched in a few years. Great Job, guys! Residents are so happy.

Mike Mauro came out to help us on a late sunday night after our apartment flooded. he was punctual and very professional! he did a great job on our carpets as well. saved us a big headache. definitely recommend mike and carpet pro services if you’re in a pinch!

The service was excellent. Mike Hazel was very professional, nice, and treated us with respect. He also took the time to explain the water extraction/drying process. In addition, Mike came out the same day I called to immediately begin resolving the issue. I would definitely recommend Carpet Pro for their services.

Maria’s cleaning has been cleaning our house for a few months. She normally sends her crew and once in a while she will come along her crew. Her cleaner who used to come a young Latino girl is always on the phone while cleaning and did a terrible job. They just wiped the tub and shower with no scrubbing or running any water. Last week I had asked one of the ladies if they could vacuum the rugs in the bathroom and she did it for me. So today I received a call from Maria telling me she does not like us telling her crew what to do. Sometime things change and people might have a different need a particular week. If she wants to decide what to do at my house it is not happening. Very arrogant and rude! Terrible experience.
