The communication with me as a customer to purchase/plant trees has been very neglectful. No response to my messages. Waiting for months to get the work done. No quote. No clear understanding of the job and then it changes. Excuses. I feel very disrespected as a customer and Ive waited long enough. It’s time to find another business that would be happy to treat me as a valued customer.

I had Charlie replace some trees for me in the fall. Unfortunately, two of them had died by Spring. I emailed Charlie and let him know and today I see two new trees! Thanks for the great customer service.

I paid for wood chips and they gave me mud and compost! I ordered wood chips and what they delivered consisted of mostly mud and compost with a few pieces of cement and pieces of trash in it with very few actual wood chips. When I called to see what they would do to fix the problem I was told the absolute most they would do is give me five dollars off my next order if I purchased more wood chips from them. They admitted that they had better quality wood chips but you get what you get and we got the junk even though we paid for what was supposed to be quality wood chips. They said if I paid for more to cover up the mud and compost they gave me they would "try" to give me something better. They expected me to pay for more of their product to cover up the junk they sold me, even though I paid for what I was told was actual wood chips in the first place. They don't stand behind their products and don't offer any customer service for their substandard products.

Charlie, one of the owners, helped me find some new shade-tolerant shrubs that weren’t on my radar before. Awesome, artful variety. It was like working with a Gustav Mahler with a botany degree. Highly recommend this place.

Charlie was extremely helpful. I showed up there on a day that it was raining so there weren't too many customers and I fortunately had the full attention of the owner who gave me fantastic advice regarding choosing the appropriate shrubs and bushes and installation techniques. I will definitely go there for all my current and future needs.

They gave me a free bag of soil conditioner when I purchased a bunch of perennials for my newly purchased home. They also gifted me some flowers when I told them I just moved to the area. The second time I shopped there they gave me a great deal on the plants I bought. Lastly, I purchased top soil from them and they delivered it the very next day. I will definitely be a regular customer.

It was a pure pleasure to work with the couple that run this business. When I called they gave me great feedback and explained it was early in the season. I arrived to find a new truck was delivering plants/flowers. The wife was such a blessing and helped me create a wonderful planter all while staying within my families budget. I look forward to returning later in the season.

We had an outstanding experience with this family run lawn & garden business. There was a huge selection of trees/shrubs/plants/flowers and the owner showed us many possibilities that would work for what we were trying to accomplish, specific to our individual yard. We just pointed to what we wanted and a few days later the crew showed up and expertly planted everything in the ground, in the exact locations we wanted. Very easy from start to finish--- we will definitely be back for more in the Spring!

We had Robinson Garden Center put in two new flower beds. Design, communication, and install was perfect. The team was professional and helpful. Very happy with my new landscaping!
