CANT RECOMMEND ENOUGH. First, I was snowplowing when they arrived. Instead of waiting for me to finish, they asked for a shovel and helped me clear my driveway! Throughout the job they made sure my floors were clean, they were efficient, and they ensured the install was perfect. Professional, highly educated, did an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! My furnace stopped working during a snowstorm, and the team still came out to help. Logan and staff were very courteous, professional, and made sure a plan was in place before he left to get everything back up to speed. It’s rare to find a company that truly goes above and beyond for their customers, but they definitely did. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of furnace repair —you won’t be disappointed!

I will honestly never use another company. They are professional, knowledgeable, reliable, kind, always respond immediately, and ALWAYS get the job done and do it right the first time. They are so helpful and respectful. Their prices are fantastic. They have done a lot of work at my business and their quotes are always lower than the competition but their work and professionalism blow the competition out of the water. I wouldn’t expect that from a company with the lowest quote. I can always rely on them to show up and take excellent care of us in an emergency! Best of the best!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Bernard Heating & Cooling. They were available on short notice over the weekend to repair our heater. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and quickly made the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again in the future.

Barnard Hearing and Cooling is fabulous
and worth giving them the opportunity to work on repairs or installs. I have been using them for 3 years for my yearly maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. They are accommodating and always punctual. When I have needed a repair they are quick to respond and help.

We had an appointment for a furnace check. Our furnace is 27 years old and has given us a great run. Jared was our tech and spent over an hour doing diagnostic and visual inspections. What he found was troublesome. Moisture leaking onto key components and a 6 inch split on one of the vents that if not replaced could have led to CO2 poisoning. He photographed EVERYTHING! Jared was patient and very eloquent in explaining the situation and our options. The guy knows his HVAC! We are moving forward with a replacement furnace that will be installed next week. Jenn makes scheduling pleasant and easy. Highly recommend Bernard Heating & Cooling.

Extremely pleased with my experience from the initial review and quote options on the spot from Anthony. I had several other quotes from others which made my decision on Bernard’s easy. I got a good competitive quote from the start on a high quality Lennox furnace and ac. The install went seamless. The team of young professionals ( Travis, Logan, Bill, Leo) who did the install were professional and polite from start to finish.

I had them install a new furnace and water heater at the same time. Everyone that I dealt with was professional, friendly, efficient and most of all responsive. They were responsive to my requests, my needs, my issues and my schedule. Immediately after the installation of the water heater, it was not working and they jumped through hoops to rectify the situation. It was discovered that it was bad from the manufacturer and they made it right the next morning. They were not the lowest price (by just a bit) but they had better products and included some extra work like sheet metal and piping. I would highly recommend Bernard Heating and I will use them again for any future HVAC work.

I can't rate them I had them come for a quote a man came and said they'd get back to to me later that day but no return call. So so far zero stars.

And your reply shows your dishonesty. I have a house in Mantua. I was very clear about that. Unfortunately you’re dishonest. Which seems to accurate with some reviews here or your listening and communication skills are lacking, which also seems to flow with the reviews here.

Working with Banjo was a pleasure. He was able to come in and fix our HVAC, which was messed up by another company remodeling our house. During these colder days, it was rough not having heating in our baby’s and master bedroom. Couldn’t be happier.

Amie and Banjo were easy to work with. Amie was helpful with a couple of issues out side of replacing the furnace. They took the time to answer all of the questions we had. The guys were on time. They were respectful and cleaned up afterwards.
