Both the sales person and installers were very informative, personable and honest about what I needed to do to solve my a/c problem. This was my first time doing business with Hudson Heating and I would recommend them going forward.

Amie was the greatest! She was very detailed explaining all costs and installation for new hvac. When the guys showed up they went right to work. Experienced and thorough. I couldn't ask for a more professional job.

I had scheduled an appointment because my AC broke suddenly, the appointment was scheduled from 9-12pm however the person showed up at 2pm after I had rearranged my workschedule. Once the guy, showed up, he immediately went to the AC checked the part (all while not telling us what was going on with the unit) and then stated he had to order the part and it was to arrive the next morning. Someone was supposed to come that day to fix it however the part apparently never came and they were very noncommunitive with what was going on. (Still had to pay their 95 service fee :/) Luckily I decided not to pay the whole thing upfront and I am so glad I did not, because they never communicated and informed what was going on or when they could come to fix it. I ended up calling Jackson Comfort Services and went out to buy the part personally and scheduled us to come fix it the day I called them and check if other parts were not working AND waived the fee to come out! DO BETTER HUDSON. :(

As a resident of Hudson for many years now, I have been very pleased with the service provided by Hudson Heating Company. I have had my main AC/furnace system replaced and installed (Trane) by HHC about 2 years ago and been very pleased to date. I have had several routine seasonal cleaning/maintenance service calls to date. I recently had a motor/capacitor replaced on my secondary 2004 Trane A/C unit and it went smoothly. HHC may not be the cheapest game in the area but I believe fairly priced and with very good service standards. Staff and ownership have always been professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient with answering questions and explaining what they were doing. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend.

We have been having problems with our HVAC system and called Hudson Heating Company to take a look at it and let us know what our options are. The woman I spoke to on the phone indicated that our problem sounded pretty bad and that she’d send over someone with a lot of experience with HVAC problems. The person who arrived was obviously inexperienced and was unable to articulate what our problem actually was, much less give us a quote on what it would cost to fix. When I called the heating company a day or two later I was told that no one knew why he was the person to come to our house and that his notes about the visit were incomprehensible (their words, not mine). The person on the phone was very apologetic and promised to send her most experienced person the following Tuesday afternoon. My wife and I shifted our schedules to be home for the appointment, only to be told late that afternoon that the person wouldn’t be arriving after all, despite our having booked an appointment.

Overall it was a complete waste of $85. We won’t be dealing with Hudson Heating Company ever again.

Amiee is such a pleasure to work with. She's the main reason we choose Hudson Heating. Their technicians are highly trained for install and service. Reasonable pricing for brand new AC but also if you needed both AC and Heat great bundle prices.

A technician (Ken) arrived within a few hours after I called. Within an hour he diagnosed my furnace problem. He quoted a reasonable price. The part which was needed to fix the furnace he said would be in tomorrow. Pete arrived the following day with the part and fixed my furnace. Efficient - Honest - Professional - Reasonably Priced. I highly recommend them

Hudson Heating Company was great to work with. They were on time and thorough with my furnace tune-up and inspection. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

We have utilized their talents for years, new furnaces , services for AC’s which brings me to this review. Yesterday it was90*+ and we run a B&B and had a full house- the first floor unit was not cooling sufficiently and I flew into panic mode. Called Austin and even tho it was Saturday came within a half Hour AND fixed it - some part he had on the truck and the guests did not whine! Love this place. Very reliable AND talented.

5 stars for Hudson Heating Company! Our A/C stopped working in Sept. 2018, and our furnace was 27 years old. Buying both a new central air unit, and heating unit for one's home is a big investment that I put hours of research into. I learned that when a company consultant comes out to your home they should go room to room to calculate which unit would be best suited for the size and needs of your home. I also learned it is a good idea to get 3 different company estimates. So we had 3 companies come out to give us estimates. Amie from Hudson Heating Company was the only one who did the room to room calculation correctly. ( The men from the other companies just looked around and did not measure the rooms. ) Amie was thorough and accurate, and took the most time with us. We never felt rushed, and she was great at answering all our questions. A rep from a different company, took out our furnace filter, and then the cover off our furnace. He left without putting the cover back on, and my husband noticed that he had put our furnace filter in backwards! Good thing it was a warm fall day and the A/C was on, and not the furnace! Needless to say we crossed that other company off our list of possibilities! I chose Hudson Heating company as one of our 3 companies to look at in the first place, based on the great reviews and on the review of Amie their comfort consultant, and because I wanted the Trane product, which is what they use. My husband and I felt the most comfortable with Hudson heating, and so we chose them. Amie made a big impression on us. Both on the phone and when she came out to meet us, Amie was so professional. She gets an A+ in customer service! She answered all our questions, really listened to us, and helped us come up with the best plan for our needs. She helped us with the rebate, and the Trane warranty, and so many details that made the whole process easier. We have only good things to say about Hudson Heating from Stephanie who answered the phone, to consultant "A+ Amie," and the professional installers that came on time, and were efficient, polite, cleaned up well, talked us through the new thermostat, humidifier, and care of our new units. Amie also invited us to call if we had any further questions or concerns. We have been comfortable all winter long with the Trane Furnace & humidifier ( air is a lot less dry) and comfortable last Fall when it was 90 degrees on October 8th and the new A/C was working great! We are happy we chose Hudson Heating Company.

I needed to heat my garage, Hudson Heating provided me with a reasonable quote for a heater w/wifi thermostat, subsequently installed in a very professional manner. I have been a customer of theirs for some time, and always recommend them to friends and associates. Great Company with intregity.

Great service, professional, very responsive. Have been using for years. They have serviced and replaced AC, Furnace and hot water heater for us over the past 15-20yrs and have always been very happy. Banjo, in particular has always been fantastic!

My AC had been out for 2 days and I called this company as a backup as the 1st company never called me back. Not having that other company call back was the biggest blessing!!
Should have gone with Hudson first.

Technichan Pete was phenomenal!!! He was at my house until 10:30 at night walking around the house quietly to keep my kids asleep with my family sleeping in the basement to stay cool. He walked me through the Issue but rather than just stopping there and giving me an invoice comment he decided to do extra checks through the entire unit to ensure no other issues would pop up. He spent more time also to give me advice and Took extra measures to ensure nothing else popped up. I will be locking in this company for a very long time. Thank you to the management team and to Pete.

As the Facilities Manager for a large Hudson non-profit, I deal with dozens of businesses. Hudson Heating and Cooling has proven to be a first tier service provider for me. When we have a need, their customer service staff and technicians consistently exceed our expectations. I can rely on being treated like a friend by the their entire team.

These guys rock!!!!! our AC went out today and we’re leaving for vacation and have house sitters coming over. My go-to HVAC that installed in our last 3 homes sold his business and the new owner doesn’t offer 24 hour emergency services. So I called Hudson Heating Company on a Saturday!!! Joe the President called me right away and sent someone out within 30 minutes and fixed a broken compositor. That’s service!!!! Thanks Joe!!!! You have a new client!!! And thanks Banjo!!! My husband and I have used Hudson Heating exclusively for over 20 years and in all that time they have always given us excellent service. They installed our new furnace and home AC unit in 2002 and they are both still running strong. As far as we are concerned, they are the only game in town.

We have used Hudson Heating for over 10 years. They are professional and very friendly. They installed our furnace and will be most likely installing a new AC in the spring. Our technician Austin is the best!

I researched HVAC equipment and installers and concluded that the installation process was by far the most important component of a furnace/humidifier/filtration replacement. I interviewed and met with Ms. Amie Ross of Hudson Heating Company [HHC] at my home [Amie really knows her stuff!]. She was very informative about the equipment,options, and replacement process. She measured every room in the house and detailed several equipment and price options. I happily decided on an American Standard furnace, Honeywell humidifier, and air scrubber competitively priced. We scheduled the installation, and Amie took it upon herself to register our equipment for manufacturer warranty purposes to guarantee coverage. A week later Banjo, and a fleet of other technicians, were scheduled for the install/replacement , and did a fabulous and professional job! Started at around 8:30AM and completed by 3PM. Banjo went through the features of the equipment and maintenance schedules with me. Being that picking the installer/contractor is the most important facet of the replacement process, HHC was the perfect professional selection for the job! Great experience with Hudson Heating Company! A+++++++

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for our HVAC work. Joe, Amie and team are fantastic and always go the extra mile for both our personal and small business needs. We’ve had 3 furnaces installed by their team, along with various troubleshooting experiences and regular maintenance, and everything always gets completed quickly without a hitch. Top notch clear communication and service.

We were in need of a complete system replacement for our 23 year-old home. Amie & Banjo helped us make a well-informed decision to convert to gas/electric from an all electric configuration. Our job had multiple zones, furnaces & condensers making it more complex than usual. This team saw us through to the end, were quick, responsive and thorough, making sure we were completely satisfied with the comfort of our home and confident in how to best use our new programmable thermostats, a high-tech upgrade from our previous system.
