Great to work with. Called them with a couple leaks on a water line in the afternoon and they were out the next day! Very reasonably priced too. Felt like I was not being taken advantage of. Will use them from now on.

Ron is knowledgeable, fast, and reasonable. He quickly found our leak, repaired it, and made everything look as good as new. I highly recommend him.

I can't say anything about Potter Plumbing's actual service work but if it's anything like their "customer service" then I'm glad I don't know. I have called Potter Plumbing a handful of times for a water heater I need replaced because they are in my area and I like to support local businesses. Often times no one answers the phone but when they do, I get the run around, multiple different quotes, placed on hold for overly-long durations of time and talked at like I am inferior to whoever is on the other end of the phone at the time. I have given up trying them and will seek out another local plumbing company because of this. I'm probably fortunate though, as I'm sure their field techs are just as bad if not worse than their office workers.

Had Ron install a gas line for our new stove. Did an awesome job. Highly recommend him. Calling him again this week for another job we have.

Ron's a great guy, and really well priced. Used Potter Plumbing to hook up a wet bar sink during a basement remodel. Extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship and speed of install!

Ron was very quick to respond. He came out to our office the next day, took care of our issue and was done within an hour. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He was also so very nice. I will call him again for any of my plumbing needs.

Bernard went out of there way to not only service our Furnace, they noticed helped when we told them our water heater was going bad, they were able to quite several thousand less than competitors and had next day installation with an amazing crew who worked and had the installation done in less than a day, cleaned up and thanked us for the work!

A/C had not been working for a week. Had a couple of service calls from other companies, but ultimately did not find the underlying issue. Called Bernard and they sent Ed out, who was able to determine that the evaporator in the indoor unit was leaking. He ordered the replacement part, and had it installed the next week. Now, everything is working again. Ed was great, thorough, professional, and answered all my questions. Will definitely be using Bernard in the future. Thank you!!
