Bernard’s installed a totally new Lennox high efficiency HVAC system to replace my existing 20 year old system. I am very happy with this product and the professional way the installation crew worked. The crew showed up on time and started right into the job, no messing around. They tore out the existing system including ductwork and furnace venting, then installed the new furnace and AC, as well as the ductwork, air cleaner and furnace venting. When they finished they tested all functions to my satisfaction. Then the best part; they cleaned up the job site to look better than before. Much appreciated. This is my second experience with Bernard’s and both have been worthy of praise. I can recommend them without question

Very professional staff. They showed up right at 0900 and began to work. They went over everything with me from the install to the app I use to operate the thermostat from my phone. The most important thing though, the complimented my dogs and wanted to pet them. I found my new service team for the foreseeable future

There are many HVAC companies with the technical know-how to fix or replace a unit, but it’s rare to find one that is genuinely honest and transparent about costs. My first quote was shocking: over $5,000 for repairs and more than $14,000 for a full replacement. I was told the furnace was unsafe to run as winter approached due to a supposed carbon monoxide issue. A second opinion from Jared showed that repairs would cost under $1,000, and there was no carbon monoxide risk after all. The takeaway is clear: get multiple opinions and estimates, and choose a company you can trust. Bernard Heating & Cooling earned that trust for me. Thank you, Jared.

Bernard installed new furnace, humidifier and A/C for me yesterday. After getting several estimates, I chose Bernard not only for price but for their customer service. When Ben came over for the estimate, he brought to my attention an existing PVC pipe that is now out of code. I appreciate his attention to detail. The measurement process prior to installment was very thorough and Brad reviewed various options with me. The installation process went very smooth. Billy and crew were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They were also very efficient. There needed to be one minor adjustment (no fault of the installation), but it was corrected that same evening! Thank you to everyone at Bernard for your customer service!

On 7/21/25 Anthony from Bernard heating & cooling came to give us an estimated, he was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. We were happy with his estimate. On 7/23/25 Brad came and did a walk through of the job and took all the measurements and noted our preferences, and concerns. On 7/29/25 a four man crew, Billy, Drew, Zak, and Logan showed up at 9 am. They were awesome! They removed our old furnace and AC units and installed a new Lennox system. Everything went smoothly, exactly as planned. Very professional, great workmanship! They were done by 1:30 pm including the paperwork and explaining the system operations and warranty, and tax credits for the high efficiency furnace. We went through Costco for this job and we are very happy with the entire experience. The price was very low compared to the other estimates on the exact same equipment and installation. I highly recommend them.

I had a problem on Sunday, 1/25/26 with my furnace. I was trying to replace the filter and it had gotten stuck and I could only get it part of the way out I called for an emergency appointment and although no one was able to come out, Jerod phoned me and tried to talk me through how to try to get the filter out. I still was unable to get the filter out but Jerod reassured me that it would be fine overnight and that he would be out on Monday morning to take care of the problem. He showed up on Monday morning and handled the problem and stayed to make sure the furnace was functioning properly. I was very grateful for his help.

Annual system check up. We've had great experience with Bernard. They installed a new furnace and ac unit in 2022. Very professional services. Best around! Highly recommended.

Team was excellent start to finish. Had a full furnace a/c system replacement. They got us completely sorted in a day. Impressive considering some of the ductwork had to adjusted/ acquired. Price was at the end about the same if not a lil cheaper than the original quote up. Honestly, I'll be having them upgrade and service our other property as well. Bernards Heating and Cooling, you guys rock :)

5 stars. I called Bernard with a dysfunctional HVAC at my house on Thursday. I had an appointment set for Friday between 8-9am, technician called on his way so I had an ETA. Fixed the issue and by 11am had a fully-functional system again.

By far the best sales, installation, technical team, product quality experience…..hands down. Ben was incredible explaining all our options and providing experienced recommendations for our home and budget. I was SO incredibly impressed with Tech Team Leader, Billy; he had a smile on his face before he even entered the door. His technical expertise was clearly evident in the work he performed; he also interacted with his team in a way that I wish all did these days (kind, lead by example, expertly advising, upbeat, respectful). AC Lead Logan and Assist Hayden…..were also very courteous and highly professional. I have already shared this experience with my entire extended family. In fact, my dad was the one who recommended them to me :-). 100% happy with this experience!

My furnace stopped working at 4:00 a.m. on a day when the temperature was below zero. Bernard’s was able to get someone there by 12 pm and the tech found the problem, went out to get the part, and installed and repaired my furnace in just 3 hours. Excellent service!

I have used Benard Heating for several years and have been very pleased with them as a company. I chose them to install a new furnace and AC that was complex and a difficult install and I was impressed with the caliber of the installers. I have also been impressed with the caliber of service techs that have done my annual AC and furnace maintenance. Seems like they are attracting quality, mature service people.

The technicians did a thorough job servicing our furnace and draining our hot water tank. They also explained everything well, and emailed a nice summary and pictures from their visit.

We needed emergency service the night before Thanksgiving because our furnace stopped working, and it was windy, snowy, and cold! Our technician was prompt, friendly, efficient, and he got us all fixed up so we could have heat for our holiday gathering. It was pricey, but that’s to be expected due to after hours and holiday work. We were just appreciative to have it fixed quickly.

Wonderful experience. We have been without heat for the last four weeks because our current HVAC person does not return emails or texts. We were referred by my daughter early this week. Not only do they answer the phone but they are extremely pleasant and helpful! We got our furnace repaired in two days! From start to finish, we were extremely pleased with Bernard Heating and Cooling. After learning we needed our 2 gas furnaces replaced, Ben confirmed that as well, but was so much more thorough and detailed than any other companies we dealt with. Any questions, Ben answered them and efficiently communicated with us through the entire process. We truly got the sense that Bernard Heating and Cooling had our best interests in mind, and were very reasonable with their pricing. We would definitely recommend them!
