I needed to heat my garage, Hudson Heating provided me with a reasonable quote for a heater w/wifi thermostat, subsequently installed in a very professional manner. I have been a customer of theirs for some time, and always recommend them to friends and associates. Great Company with intregity.

Great service, professional, very responsive. Have been using for years. They have serviced and replaced AC, Furnace and hot water heater for us over the past 15-20yrs and have always been very happy. Banjo, in particular has always been fantastic!

My AC had been out for 2 days and I called this company as a backup as the 1st company never called me back. Not having that other company call back was the biggest blessing!!
Should have gone with Hudson first.

Technichan Pete was phenomenal!!! He was at my house until 10:30 at night walking around the house quietly to keep my kids asleep with my family sleeping in the basement to stay cool. He walked me through the Issue but rather than just stopping there and giving me an invoice comment he decided to do extra checks through the entire unit to ensure no other issues would pop up. He spent more time also to give me advice and Took extra measures to ensure nothing else popped up. I will be locking in this company for a very long time. As the Facilities Manager for a large Hudson non-profit, I deal with dozens of businesses. Hudson Heating and Cooling has proven to be a first tier service provider for me. These guys rock!!!!! our AC went out today and we’re leaving for vacation and have house sitters coming over. My go-to HVAC that installed in our last 3 homes sold his business and the new owner doesn’t offer 24 hour emergency services. So I called Hudson Heating Company on a Saturday!!! Joe the President called me right away and sent someone out within 30 minutes and fixed a broken compositor. That’s service!!!! Thanks Joe!!!! You have a new client!!! And thanks Banjo!!! My husband and I have used Hudson Heating exclusively for over 20 years and in all that time they have always given us excellent service. They installed our new furnace and home AC unit in 2002 and they are both still running strong. As far as we are concerned, they are the only game in town.

We have used Hudson Heating for over 10 years. They are professional and very friendly. They installed our furnace and will be most likely installing a new AC in the spring. Our technician Austin is the best!

I researched HVAC equipment and installers and concluded that the installation process was by far the most important component of a furnace/humidifier/filtration replacement. I interviewed and met with Ms. Amie Ross of Hudson Heating Company [HHC] at my home [Amie really knows her stuff!]. She was very informative about the equipment,options, and replacement process. She measured every room in the house and detailed several equipment and price options. I happily decided on an American Standard furnace, Honeywell humidifier, and air scrubber competitively priced. We scheduled the installation, and Amie took it upon herself to register our equipment for manufacturer warranty purposes to guarantee coverage. A week later Banjo, and a fleet of other technicians, were scheduled for the install/replacement , and did a fabulous and professional job! Started at around 8:30AM and completed by 3PM. Banjo went through the features of the equipment and maintenance schedules with me. Being that picking the installer/contractor is the most important facet of the replacement process, HHC was the perfect professional selection for the job! We’ve had 3 furnaces installed by their team, along with various troubleshooting experiences and regular maintenance, and everything always gets completed quickly without a hitch. We were in need of a complete system replacement for our 23 year-old home. Amie & Banjo helped us make a well-informed decision to convert to gas/electric from an all electric configuration. Our job had multiple zones, furnaces & condensers making it more complex than usual. This team saw us through to the end, were quick, responsive and thorough, making sure we were completely satisfied with the comfort of our home and confident in how to best use our new programmable thermostats, a high-tech upgrade from our previous system. Hudson Heating comes to my house each year for maintenance on my furnace. They always do a wonderful job! I purchased my Trane Furnace from them a few years ago. The sales representative was exceptional and I have been very pleased with the furnace. The install was perfect!

We used Hudson Heating when our 21 year old furnace needed replaced in the middle of December. Joe was quick to get a technician sent out and pricing over to us. We managed to get the furnace installed the following day. The technicians were efficient and professional. Would highly recommend!

After using another furnace company for over 15 years (and we really liked them) when we were told our 18+ year-old furnace needed replacing, we thought it best to get a few quotes before making a decision. We called Hudson Heating because they are locally-owned and recommended by Trane. Joe came out very soon after our call, appreciating that we were trying to replace before the old one broke down. We inquired about a high-efficiency unit, after another company told us it would be a big deal and extra money to go with the high-efficiency units. Joe said this wasn’t true for them and he quoted the units including the installation costs. His quote came in considerably less than the company we previously used.

I called and asked some questions and talked to
Amy who took a lot of time to answer my concerns. We decided to go with Hudson Heating and they came out quickly and installed the new furnace and new air conditioning unit. Austin and Banjo were very professional and thorough, explaining the new system and thermostat. They were also very patient as our dogs barked at them the whole time. They got the job a bit quicker than anticipated.

As they did not start up the new A/C unit at installation because it was February, they said they would call us in the spring to arrange the start-up. They were true to their word, as Jodi called us and made an appointment to have someone get the A/C start up finished by the end of April. Austin came out and in less than an hour had the unit going.

My experience with Hudson Heating is that they were quick, knowledgeable, professional and very reasonable on the cost. I would highly recommend them.

I called Hudson Heating after our hot water heater broke one afternoon in January. I was told a technician would be out at 8:30am the next morning (which is exactly what you want to hear). At 8am I was notified they were on their way, I really appreciate the prompt and accurate service. Banjo and Austin were very professional and got right to work. I asked how long it may take to complete and they said about 3hrs. They finished in half that time, left no mess, and suggested I get a water monitor device in case of a leak because there is no drain near the water heater in my finished basement (why didn’t I think of that?). Top notch service at a great value, I highly recommend Hudson Heating.

Thank you Amie for being so patient, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly- she knows so much about furnaces! Hudson Heating saved us in the dead of this very cold winter when our 17 year old furnace died on one of those below zero days. We had a new furnace quickly installed with the expert skill of Banjo- he has serviced out HVAC for so many years- he feels like family! Excellent company, true to their word- highly recommended!

Hudson HVAC is a top quality company. Great people and highly professional. They removed my old oil furnace and old ac unit. Replaced both and installed new propane furnace and ultra efficient ac system. Installation and quality of work was exceptional. They also do a great job staying engaged with me even after the work has been complete. I could not be happier with Hudson HVAC and recommend them fully.

I highly recommend Hudson Heating and Cooling. They were on time, friendly, accurate and pricing was very reasonable. The company I used to work for used to use them for rental property and they were just as good then. It's nice to have a local, reputable company to work with.

I called Hudson Heating as we needed a "new" air cleaner. Joe, the owner, took the time to discuss which brand would meet our needs.
Then, Amie Ross, Comfort Consultant, came out to my home with detailed information on the Honeywell F100 Whole-House Media Air Cleaner and the iWave-R Air Purifier. She is very knowledgeable and informative with regards to this equipment. I purchased it and Austin did an excellent installation job.
Overall, thank you Amie Ross, Joe and Austin for a job well-done.

There were a few hic-ups with installation. The A/C was on when the men left, but about ½ hour later the A/C was no longer working. A workman came back to see why. Back up in the attic, the workman found that American Standard had left out a part in the air handler which caused the unit to quit. The workman told me he had a part in his truck and installed it. I have no way of knowing it the A/C will work because we now have a cold front for a week or so. But the Honeywell Wi/Fi thermostat is working and I was able to set that up myself.

When the men installed the air handler in the attic, a piece of the ceiling in the hall was broken and the workman told me he could not fix it.

I was surprised to see that the A/C unit has no top cover as my Trane did. Amy told me that I could get a cover for an additional $600+. At this time I purchased a mesh cover which will do for mine till I see that the unit is problem free. I live in the woods with lots of leaves and debris flying about. Don't want that in the unit.

The workmen arrived on time and were very pleasant and polite and finished the job quickly. My experience calling the shop has been very nice to deal with employees. I hope we can have a good relationship with service over the years.
