When I called The Service People to schedule our appointment, Stephanie on the phone was a delight and got us scheduled for the next day. Mike called before he arrived and was extremely friendly and efficient. He fixed our issue within a half hour and was kind enough to take a few minutes to speak to our warranty company as well. The Service People continue to be our go to for plumbing needs. Kyle came out to replace a hose bib and and a shut off, battery back up for our sump pump and a new toilet. He was quick, efficient, professional and friendly. He did the due diligence to scope the toilet drain to confirm that the issue was not a blocked drain before letting me know we needed to replace the toilet. Great service!

I had two great experiences with The Service People. I worked with Matt both times, who was very thorough in helping me search for a suspected leak. I had a lot of questions as a newer home owner and he was very helpful. He also pointed out things that were done incorrectly when my house was remodeled by the previous owners. He didn't pressure me to repair anything that wasn't deemed a major issue. I appreciated the informative and professional service and will definitely use them again in the future.

Kyle was knowledgeable and fair with quotes. They made an error on the invoice and added a charge they didn’t tell me about on the quote but the next day, Kyle updated the invoice that was sent out by dispatch and the number was correct. We will be using them for all future plumbing needs.

Matt and Kyle installed a brand new beautiful double sink vanity (in white)! (The before picture has the brown vanities.) It turned out amazingly well. They communicated every step of the way and balanced my requests with their suggestions and experience. They’re very professional and easy to work with. Matt and Kyle also helped us with a major plumbing failure in the past, and Matt replaced our water heater when our old one finally failed, too. Highly recommend this team!!
