Wilsons staff were very professional ! They did a great job filling in all my puppy holes and filling in where our old swimming pool had been. They leveled off and seeded the property and put hay down. It looks like a new yard! Our dogs are very happy and so are we! Thank you for your hard work!

Had a pool installed and contacted Wilson’s for turf/sod installation. I submitted photos etc. After weeks of no response, the person texts me to say that my yard is too small and they don’t do that kind of work. I have a huge yard in Powell. They totally blew me off.

Great experience with installation of 400'+ of drainage pipe/gutter down spout system. Jack was really good in the consultation phase, Brad had the right equipment and his team did a really nice job on site and Sabrina in the office kept us all in line. Definitely a recommend.

We purchased a home out in the country where the grass was nothing but wild grass & weeds. The ground was so uneven that when mowing, every part of your body was sore from the beating it took while on the lawn mower. Wilson's Lawncare came in with dirt and machines, leveled everything perfectly, and waited for the perfect time to plant. The next Spring, we had a beautiful lawn that was a joy to mow! The photo's are from 1 year in of the seeding process, along with 3 treatments of fertilizer and weed killer. Thanks so much for making my lawn one that we can enjoy and be proud of!

Jack and his team at Wilson’s did a great job. Good communication from start to finish. I built a new home and they finish graded the yard, seeded and strawed. When we were walking the job at first we noticed I had a spring in an area of the yard, they fixed that by putting drainage pipe in! The landscaping looks awesome as well. I told him that I couldn’t have a lot of high maintenance plants so they worked with me and found plants that worked. The stone looks great! His team were polite and hard working. They take pride in what they do which is hard to find these days. I will be using them again. Side note, I have a pool, after they blew the straw I called him and told him it was getting in the pool due to the wind. The next day they crimped the straw for me so it was harder to blow around.

I have rental properties in Ohio and just called the service people based on reviews. They answered right away and were out fixing my plumbing problem within a day. My tenant is pretty leery of people coming in the house, but he called and texted me to tell me that Kyle , the service guy , was really nice and was able to take care of the problem in no time.

I've had Matt come for plumbing work twice now, and will always call them first for any future work. He's reliable, knowledgeable, and gets things done quickly and efficiently. Some of the other local outfits I've contacted are a bit too aggressive and opportunistic, and treat me as though I know zero about basic plumbing. Working with the Service People/Matt has always been pleasurable.

I was scheduled quickly and the work was done in a timely manner. Kyle listened to my concerns, fixed the problems and cleaned up all in a very professional manner. I highly recommend The Service People for your plumbing needs.

My hot water heater went out overnight. I called the Service People at 7 A.M. Matt was at our house within an hour. He diagnosed the issue, gave me some options and the cost associated with each one. We chose to repair the hot water heater. He got the parts to repair the thermostat and heating element and was done before noon. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The cost to repair it was very reasonable. I am glad that I called them and would recommend their services to anyone with hot water tank issues.

Matt was fantastic and got our hot water heater working again. Another plumbing company said I need to replace an expensive gas controller and probably the whole tank (it is only 8 years old). Matt assessed the situation and cleaned the flame sensor and it works like new. Was expecting a huge bill but turned out he only charged me for a service visit. Amazing customer service, honest repairman, and great pricing. They are my permanent call for plumbing needs. Thanks again

Kyle was my technician this morning.He fixed multiple issues in my home today . My garbage disposal that was leaking and some issues with my shower. He even installed a new shower head that was not part of the work order. He was very respectful, polite and kind. Thank you so much Kyle!

The service was great unclogged my main drain $$$
This is an update, the first time out Kyle charged me $379.00 he said the drain was clear but when I did 1 load of laundry my basement flooded again so I called them back and the lady on the phone was very nice and told me that the work had a 30day guarantee and she would have them run a camera to check the line, so she would send someone back out, Kyle came back out with an attitude this time and said that the work was not guaranteed and he want to charge me $250.00 to run the camera, I told him to call his office bc she said that there would not be any charge today. He said that there was a break in my line and they would have to excavate and he would send me an estimate also he said that my drain was going out to my back yard and I kept telling him that people in the past said it was going out front to the street anyways I never heard back from him Thank God, I called Dave Riley and he cleared my drain it still had roots in it that Kyle said he got. And Dave Riley was more than half the cost of Kyle. I will never use this service again.
