I have used Rn Smith twice now and if 3rd time is charm, I am in for a real treat! I had a leak from the air and they fixed it very quickly and did a thorough job of servicing my furnace for winter. Explained everything that they did and was reasonably priced! Thank you to the" tall lanky guy" for being honest and dependable! Appreciate that these days, it is a rare find! If you want someone you can trust, call these guys!

We have a tech from RN Smith come out to inspect our furnace annually. The office staff is always friendly and helpful when setting up the appointment.
Our technician in 2023, Brent, did a thorough inspection. He then sat down with me and explained, in detail, everything that he had done and the condition of the furnace.
The service was excellent. I highly recommend RN Smith for all of your heating and cooling needs.

RN Smith was recommended to me by co-workers as I am still new to the area. Each time they have come, they have been prompt and ready to go. New unit was needed and they went to work on getting me the best deal for the best unit for my home. Install was smooth and the installers were courteous and very nice to work with. Would recommend and will continue to work with them in the future if any further work is needed.

They were very patient and polite on the phone, especially when I wasn’t answering because I thought they were a spam number!

The men that did our installation were very nice and pleasant, professional, and efficient. They accidentally tracked mud down our stairs carpet, and they immediately cleaned it themselves despite us insisting they did not need to worry about it.

Came to house because heat pump was making rattling noise tech tightened 4 bolts on top cover of heat pump rattling stopped there approximately 10 minutes charges me 120$ no dianogists etc totally rip off for that kind of money

We had our AC unit go out in the middle of some of the hottest stretch of weather we’ll have all year. Not only were they able to come out quickly, our HVAC technician was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part, and had us back and running in less than an hour. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I have been using RN Smith for about 8 years to do both major and minor heating and cooling repair. They are always prompt and professional which is something many companies are not these days. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work you might have.

Great job. The installer did very good work. Realized that a new air intake needed to be installed, so the installer went to Lowe's and purchased the extra material and got it installed. Lennox system works great!

David White Services installed a new HVAC in my home. Tom C. was my Comfort Adviser. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and what would work best in my home. He informed me of the different rebates that were available and parts warranty. I decided to purchase a new HVAC not only because the pricing was excellent but Tom seemed like he genuinely cared about me. The new equipment arrived and was installed within a matter of a few days. The installers, Joe & Josh, were courteous of my home and laid drop clothes were they need to walk. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was running efficiently before they left. I will continue to use David White Services and highly recommended them to any friend or family member.

We were pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the installation went and how QUIET our Lennox furnace and heat pump are. In addition, we are enjoying a more even temperature throughout the whole house. Also, everyone involved were very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and we would do it all over again. We are EXTREMELY happy!!! And, we are LOVING the thermostat!

Our fireplace was a beautiful but they put absolutely nothing under it to support it. I had to have a contractor come out for something else and he flipped because they hadn’t put any support for a stone fireplace. They got cement all over the ceiling and said it was the subcontractors fault who they hired and way too expensive comparatively

We were without central air for 3 years before David White Services installed our new system and we couldn’t be happier. Our ductwork was repaired as well and we now have an even air flow through the house. Thank you Matthew and the rest of the staff at David White Services

Hands down, THE best place to do business with! From Tom to Jason, they know what they're doing... Had a fuel oil furnace installed 4 days before the date they were supposed to start work! Runs perfect, great quality! The installers were knowledgeable and did it right (Sorry, forgot their names). Wouldn't go nowhere else! Thanks...

David White has done an excellent job for me, from a new heat pump (works great and is really efficient) and air handler replacement, to service and maintenance of the equipment, couldn’t recommend them enough.

Chris is always courteous, efficient, and friendly when he services our system. Chris is the reason we stayed with David White after an emergency service call.

David White Services, Inc installed a new furnace and air conditioner in November 2021 and I have been extremely happy with the entire experience and equipment. They are very conscientious with the yearly inspections of these units, also.
