From our initial call to our tech completion was top notch. Making our appointment, scheduling a time where I didn't have to miss work, and the knowledge and personal skills of our tech Tom. He was very informative and answered all our questions. He even took the time to meet our Chihuahua and make him feel comfortable. David White has their employees on more of a personable level than we've ever seen. They will do any and all work at our Home. They should be your only call.

Tech called 20 minutes after 3 hour window. Called another company.

I have used David White Services in the past for a major install and they were great so I called them for a recurring problem this morning. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely nice and had someone at the house in about an hour! Tom the service person actually listened to my description of the problem, diagnosed it and confirmed my thoughts ( from what I read in the manual). He has to order the part but I have confidence that it is the problem but we will know in a couple of days. I have to say Tom was very neat and professional looking and had an air of confidence about him that I found reassuring.

Joel is always courteous and professional. I mentioned a couple yrs ago that I was experiencing condensation from my ac that was draining on my laundry room floor. He fixed that on both my units. It has been draining correctly since. I am so grateful. He is the best!

I called them and got scheduled immediately. They arrived within the window of time, found my issue, and took care of it all in the same visit! Very friendly and efficient. I will continue to use David White services in the future!

Super disappointed with my experience with David White. They were recommended to me by my dad and my grandpa. I heard so many good things about them. Jason who came and checked my furnaces ( I have two) did a great job. One of my furnaces needed replaced. I paid a lot of money for David White to replace it and they damaged my property when they did. We were really upset to come home to walls scraped up and our kitchen floor damaged. I contacted David White and the installation manager wanted to come look at the damage. He arrived late and didn’t really seem to know what to do about the situation. They did send someone to come touch up the paint (they also arrived 30 minutes late) and offered to give us some money back which I have yet to receive. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but I will not be getting any other services from them unfortunately. I’m super disappointed especially with the amount of money that I paid to have a new furnace.

We had a gas fireplace installed recently. This is our first fireplace. Tom was very easy to work with and helped guide us in our decision to make the right purchase for our home. The installation was completed in a professional and efficient manner, by Josh and his team. Josh was courteous and knowledgeable. Once the installation was finished, Josh explained, in detail, everything we needed to know about our new fireplace. I highly recommend David White Services for your fireplace needs!

Apparently the recent 90-degree weather was enough to knock out my air conditioning. David White scheduled me in for the same day and arrived during the window they set. Derek immediately identified the problem and fixed it quickly. My house was cool again by evening. I will continue to use and recommend David White Services. Great company and great service.

My wife and I have been customers of David White for going on 14 years. They installed our heat pump and 13.5kw generator before we moved inn to the property. They have maintained each perfectly. We would have no other service provider. Why would we mess with perfection. These folks are the best.

We were able to get our AC unit replaced with very short notice and the install team was quick and thorough in helping me set up the app to control the thermostat remotely. Overall very happy with the experience!

Installed my ac unit did a good job. My heater did not work because they knocked the switch loose. So they had to come back out. But the young man who adjusted the piece did a great job getting in and out.

We have always received the best service from David White Services. We have been customers for over 20 years and they have maintained our HVAC and as of the last 8 years our General Electric whole house generator. We do recommend that you have a service contract with them if it can apply to your equipment.

We have had issues heating and cooling our older home for the first few years of moving in. We called David White to give us a quote on a totally new system. From Tom coming to our home and working around my husbands schedule to include him in the costs and what was included to the last day of install it has been an awesome experience. We have been using them the past few years. Their employees let me ask my questions with our old system and explained very well in what was wrong. The new system is sooooooo quiet in comparison to before. Will not think twice to go with another company for our HVAC needs.

This was my first experience with David White Services. I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism of Anjeli and James.
