Chris was very nice and very good at what he does. He showed me what was wrong and explained why it was wrong, he didn’t just say this and that needed to be replaced without explanation, so I appreciated that. I would highly recommend David white services!

Great service and very friendly. Only advice was better communication letting costumer know timeline of when part is being shipped and when it’s expected to arrive.

They responded quickly solved my issue and even thoe there was a small hick up in the repair they returned very promptly and solved the issue I’d recommend these guys definitely

We had a very good experience with David White services. Very professional very helpful to determine what we needed at our home. Would recommend them highly. Our first furnace we got when we first moved into our house 30 years ago. It was a Lenox!

Derek McDaniel came to our home on November 11, 2025 for regular maintenance. As soon as he walked in he smelled gas. He did a few test to see if there was a leak and found nothing and told me to call Columbia Gas. We are so thankful that Derek was here that day. Once our gas leak was resolved Derek came back to complete our maintenance. Thank you Derek!!!!

Technician was very knowledgeable and skilled in the work he completed.
When he was done, he made sure to clean up the work area.

Didn’t know we had a problem till notify by text. Called the office and Chris sent that afternoon. A few minutes he found the problem. Blower motor seized. Parts ordered and installed a couple of days later. Chris was very cordial and Professional.

Chris made a service call to repair an intermittent gas fireplace. He's personable, clean, efficient and in plain terms, "he knows what he is doing". I'm a 'Chris only' customer. Mike
