Arrived promptly at time promised. Very easy to work with and fully understood what we needed done. Completed work in a timely manner and we were very satisfied with the work done. Would love to give the technician a shout-out but unfortunately his name wasn't included on the receipt and I just can't remember his name.

Extremely professional basement waterproofing experience from the initial phone call for service through clean-up of the job. Each employee on the job was personable and professional in demeanor. All took the time to answer questions when asked and explain what the reasons for the problem and what was being done as the job progressed. The only improvement could be the timing of the sub-contracted HVAC company used to disconnect the air conditioner as the job was initially delayed by three hours on the first day as they did not show up in a timely manner and the A/C will not be connected for 4 days after the job completion (Labor Day Holiday weekend). Luckily the forecasted weather is cool enough that the A/C will not be needed during this time. Excellent service from Reliable.

Mark and Tom were prompt, friendly, and professional. They quickly figured out my plumbing issues and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to correct them. Tom fixed the problem and now everything works as it should. He also did great job cleaning everything up. I would definitely recommend Reliable!

The workers were on time, professional, and personable. They finished the job ahead of schedule and with no additional charges. Clean up was nice.

Called to check for availability. They’re at my house within 30 minutes due to being in a neighborhood already on another job snaked out my main line did the video scoping of the main line have nothing but positive to say about the services from this company

My significant other called and scheduled to have them come out to our home yesterday. They stated they would be there at 4pm. She took off work for this appointment. 4:45pm, they aren’t there and call to say other clients have emergencies but will be there later. We were quoted $678 without them stepping foot in our home. No diagnostics or anything. $678 over the phone. We cancelled this service and looked else where.

Do not do business with this Reliable basement and Drain cleaning company. Bait an d switch, dishonest, unethical .
when called to schedule appointment ,I asked her for cost to unclog storm sewer line and she said $99. She also mentioned the estimate is free. When Anthony came on 9/29/25 he told me $250. Told Anthony quoted $99 over the phone and showed the ad. He would not do for $99 so told him to leave. Then he said there is $165 trip charge. Told him that she never mentioned about trip charge during my call on 09/26/2025. They threatened me for collection and keep sending met the bills even no work is not done.

Awesome, fast, efficient and friendly! Replaced water lines under a cement slab in our kitchen. Excellent job and would recommend for any of your plumbing issues!
Also came back to hook up the lines once cabinets and sink were in! So accommodating and efficient!

The technician wasted no time and unclogged my main which had been clogged a week and 3 companies attempted to unclog prior. Reliable was in and out in one hour including camera and informed me of everything that may come up in future. I cannot imagine calling a different company. Best pricing by far also.

From start to finish we had an awesome experience.
Anytime you have to call for this type of service, it’s a call you dread to make and process that is cringe. But the actual work by Jose and his help was fantastic.
Not only was Jose thorough in listening to our concerns but he provided us assurance that the issue was fixed and explained everything.
He also was very particular in cleaning up after the work was done which was extremely impressive.
The 5 star rating is well deserved and we highly recommend anyone to call them before anyone else, you won’t be disappointed!

Waterline froze. The guy was here for five hours and charge me $500. He used a heater and a torch but I still have no water. I understand I have to pay him for his time but $500 is a lot of money to pay and not have the issue fixed.

Had reliable come fix another problem yesterday. The fourth time I used their services. Every time was expert in the task, knowledgeable & helpful, friendly, fast, and reasoably priced. Reliable will remain my first call. This time was a leaking thread in a gas line. Tom of Reliable (Tom has that nowadays rare "Old Skool" knowledge as well as up-to-date on materials, methods & codes) not only fixed that leak he saw old valves and old iron from the 1940's onward that should be replaced and did so - did it all in a few hours - had everything needed in the truck. Previous work: (1) cut out and install new drains in a valuable old porcelein farm sink; (2) reroute with new material a long sink drain line in a very tight old farmhouse crawl space; (3) next day replacement of a failed gas water heater.

Best plumbing service I have ever received! Thomas and Mark were very helpful! They walked me through exactly what was wrong and how they were able to fix it. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job cleaning up everything before they left. Thomas also gave me a great price! If you are looking for fast, reliable, and reasonably priced services - this is it!!

Our last water heater was installed in 2009. James O'Brien came out and evaluated our tank. The tank was pushing small amounts of water and debris out of its dip tube? What surprised me was that it was still working. James advised the due to the age of the tank it would be to our advantage to replace the tank. Since it would be a two man job he arranged to return the next day. James O and James C came at the agreed to time and completed the install and removal of our old tank quicker than I thought it would take. They cleaned up afterwards very well. I hope we see the same lifespan with our new tank.

Pay attention and ask for a printout/email of what you’re signing in the “pre-work agreement.” I learned this the hard way.
I called them for a hydro-jetting job (roots removed before without issue) turned into them breaking my pipe, getting the jet stuck, cutting the hose, and leaving the jet in the broken pipe.

I was then invoiced with a multi-paragraph disclaimer describing the damage they caused, with my signature under it — language that was not on prior invoices. They had camera-scoped the line and noted no issues beforehand. I do understand there could have been preexisting issues and tried to contact them to resolve. The company will not respond or attempt to resolve. Very disappointing and very dishonest.

James was phenomenal. Helped me over the phone in an emergency. Came promptly out. Did a great job very honest company They hire great people!
