I called in Raymond Plumbing, Heating & Air as a second opinion when something felt off in my usual contractor's evaluation and repair estimate of our boiler. The Technician they sent, Chuck, was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I'm glad I called Raymond and they'll be my first call from here on out!

my dad lives in a house built in 1960's that still had an old round shutoff for the main water line coming in, which is a problem because they go bad and you find you can't shut off the water. Wanted to replace with a better one...Called Raymond Plumbing and Heating, talked to Christina, she totally knew what I was talking about and called the city to arrange for them to come out and shut off water, etc.. I called on a Tuesday, the job was done on Friday morning, less than $250! And the guy from Raymond was great...If I lived in town I would be using this company for my own stuff as well but I'm an hour out of town....they are GREAT!

From start to finish, Raymond Plumbing did such a great job. Juelz was prompt, professional and courteous. He explained the process and kept me updated every step of the way. I had a bathtub faucet that was dripping pretty bad. Juelz had to cut the access panel a bit to get to it, he installed a new valve and now I have a nice new shower faucet that doesn't drip! I will use Raymond Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and will definitely refer anyone I know who is looking for a plumber. Thank you Juelz and Raymond!!

So first time using Raymond Plumbing and Heating... Awesome experience. Had used another outfit in years past with not so good results. They were trying to tell me my entire HVAC system needed replaced. Turns out it doesn't. That other company also was having me clean my duct work system every year. Turns out I don't need to.

I had my water heater replaced by James. He was courteous and very professional. Explained everything that he was doing and in my opinion he did an excellent job. He also cleaned up afterwards.

Really disappointed in my second experience with them. Had them out to install a new garbage disposal and was impressed with their quality of work etc. Called on the weekend again for an emergent drain issue in my basement and instead of being told we don't handle that, was told the on-call tech would call me. After waiting 23 hours for a return call (and not being able to use the water in my house) I called again only to be told that they don't service drains and to call someone else. To be clear, zero issue that it's not something they service, but waiting 23 hours for a return call and then having to be the one to follow-up, doesn't exactly make this a business I would recommend (which is a shame because I liked them so much on my first service call).

I had another company out who wanted to do $8000 worth of work on my sewer. A Raymobd Plumbing came to my rescue! Cleared and checked my pipes and assured me there was no reason to spend that kind of money. Very honest and trustworthy. Can't recommend highly enough.

Have 2 toilets that needed repair. Called Raymonds & they were able to send someone that day. Juelz F. came and was able to see the problems and suggest solutions. He explained what he could do and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. After completing the work, he showed me what he did. I was very pleased with his work. I appreciated that Juelz could explain to me what he did so that I could understand. No jargon. Great job!!

They scheduled very quickly for Zack to replace a fill valve after our toilet stopped working. He was early, efficient, kind, professional, and did a fantastic job leaving the area clean. Toilet works great! Our 1st time with this company & highly recommend.

Zachary, arrived on time. We showed him what we needed done. He got to work and completed three drain replacements, two toilet wax ring replacements and replaced and outside water line under the kitchen sink. Excellent work done in a timely manner.

Had a kitchen faucet installed by Juelz, he was very professional in explaining what he was going to do. There was a little problem in getting it to fit right, but he worked around it and had it installed very quickly. He cleaned the work site up when down. I would highly recommended Raymond Plumbing.

I had a pretty decent slab leak that started about a month ago. Juelz was more than helpful, patient and did an extremely wonderful job of explaining everything to me. He's a hard worker, passionate and was able to quickly fix the leak under the slab. I also got new 1/4 turn ball valves for my manifold so I could easily turn the water on and off in my house. Juelz was out in the deep February cold for two days straight. He was covered in mud, wet, cold and did not complain once. He was extremely professional, efficient and knoweldgable. I would recommend Juelz at Raymond plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done. I hope I never need to use them again but if I do, I'll definitely request Juelz! 10/10 service and the price was very fair. I couldn't recommend this company and tech more!
