Reviews of local pros in Lorain, Ohio

Raymond Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditiong came out to cut and cap my irrigation system. I can't say enough great things, James C. came out and quoted me first. He was so pleasant to work with. I was on the schedule initially and the morning of there was an emergency and they needed to reschedule me. The office staff was also so kind and apologetic for the change in plans. She got me right back on for another day. I was so delighted to see James was the plumber that came out to complete the job. He was professional and polite. I can't not say enough good things!

I have used Raymond several times for plumbing and HVAC service. Every time the service and installation has been outstanding. James Carpenter did an excellent job installing our instant hot water dispenser and correcting a chronic leak problem. Thank you James!

Juelz was confident with his delivery of work done, professional and so very kind. He is a wonderful addition to the Raymond “family”. Have used you guys for years and always highly recommend you! Thank you Juelz for doing such a great install with the hot water tank.

Julez was awesome! Showed up on time and figured out the problem quickly. Would definitely recommend this company!

I’ve been using Raymond for many years and they never fail to impress me. Their employees are polite, fun to talk to and explain /answer all of my questions.
Whatever it is Raymond does to attract good employees…..keep it up! They represent you well.

Easy to schedule for furnace maintenance and check!
John was very fast and efficient!
Reasonable price too!
Highly recommend!

We have used Raymond Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for as long as I can remember for our house in Lorain since I was a kid (We’re talking back in the 60’s, when they were just “Raymond Plumbing & Heating”!), and once I moved out of Lorain, I had missed the professional and personalized service we had always received from them. I live in Strongsville now, and after trying a few different plumbers in the area, I truly came to appreciate what I had with them. I decided to give them a call and ask if they could service out here in Strongsville, and I was very happily surprised when they said “yes”! We just had Juelz, a newer plumber for them stop out and do some work for us, and review another job that I will need done soon, and it was so refreshing to have someone come in that was friendly and just wanting to do the best job he could do. We didn’t get what I now have termed as the “plumber’s attitude”, which I have seen with the other companies I have tried in our area - where they come in acting like I’m lucky that they are giving me the time of day, Juelz was very friendly and professional, and really reenforced why we stuck with Raymond Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for so many years in the first place. We are actually getting our condo ready for sale, and are moving to North Ridgeville, and am thrilled to learn they will also be able to service us there!

Thank you!

Shelly went above and beyond to accommodate my need for same day service. Technician, Juelz, is professional, friendly and knows his job. Who could ask for more?

James from Raymond Plumbing is an outstanding plumber! He identified the issue, explained everything clearly and fixed it with precision. His work was neat, efficient and professional- I highly recommend!

I had an ancient hot water tank replaced and a leak fixed (both required some extra work). Juelz was the technician sent - if you see him, you can rest assured the job will be done well and finished to specification. Happily answered my questions, I cannot recommend him and Raymond Plumbing enough. Five stars!

James was one of the best installers we could have asked for. He ran the gas line to our newly installed house generator. Most pleasant and hard working guy. He's our new guy fron this popint on!

Today I had Raymond Plumbing repair a shower drain problem and was very happy with the service and price . My plumber today was Jim Carpenter , he was very professional and a really nice guy to talk to. He explained everything he had to do and did an excellent job. This was my first experience with Raymond and have to say I'm glad I called them.

James Carpenter did a great job on an outside faucet repair. The water line ran through my living room concrete slab and the fear was busting up the concrete to get access to the problem. James was able to make the repair without disrupting the slab. He was incredible completing the job and saving me a huge expense. I would highly recommend James and Raymond plumbing. Thank you!

Jacob came out and installed a dishwasher and many new valves.

He did a great job. One nice thing I noticed is that while he was waiting for parts to be delivered, on his own initiative he cleaned the kitchen sink faucet.

After he was done I couldn't believe how much more water pressure came out of it.

Juelz was very professional and detail oriented. Time will tell if his work was acceptable. He installed a separate water line for our future lawn irrigation system.

When it's below freezing and the furnace goes out, it's rather nice to have a company like Raymond come out quickly, figure out the problem, and fix it in a short amount of time.
And to have a technician like Mr. Gargasz arrive with a friendly attitude, doesn't always happen.
Thanks,
FJDepaul

Excellent service! I had a Carrier humidifier installed on my furnace, the tech, Jason was super nice and left everything nice and neat. He answered my questions that I had.

Came out within 45 min of my call. James was excellent! Knowledgeable, efficient, explained everything. Highly recommend!!

Raymond Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning came highly recommended by family members, and the service and price provided by Aaron backed up their reputation. After expert detective work the leak was found and the issue resolved. Aaron was professional and personable. Being new to the area, we feel fortunate knowing Raymond Plumbing and Aaron have our back! Thanks again Aaron!

Had the pleasure of Joelz Flores to replace my garbage disposal and fix my toilet. He was on time, professional and answered my questions. He worked quickly and efficiently. Thank you for a great job!

We had an outdoor faucet replaced. The young man that did the work did a great job and was very courteous. We have had a couple jobs done by Raymond Plumbing and Heating and would definitely recommend them.
