Reviews of local pros in Maineville, Ohio

Mike and Tyler were right on time and were very friendly and courteous. They did an outstanding job on my house, power washed house and cleaned windows. I’m very satisfied with their professionalism. We call Windows Genie again. Thank you!

The service was professional and the crew was efficient. Windows look great. Would recommend.

Very happy that one Window Genie technician (Robert) working alone could complete exterior window washing in a reasonable period of time. Good job.

Mike & Tyler came out today in 90 degree heat to wash my windows. They did the outside and the inside, cleaned the screens and the tracks in between the screens and the windows. They did a fantastic job. They were personal and professional. I will definitely use Windows Genie again.

I have used Window Genie for years washing and window tinting. They always did a great job.
However this last time Zack and Cody did an exceptional job, especially getting my gutters clean.
I will never use anyone else for house washing.

Everything looked great from pressure washing our house to cleaning our windows and screens. Both young men were very professional and showed great customer service. This is not the first time we've used Window Genie and their technicians are always very good at what they do.

Zack and Cody did an awesome job cleaning out the gutters on my home! They were respectful, quick, and did a very thorough clean on the gutters that were VERY full of debris. Highly recommend - they’re great! Thanks guys!

I have used other window cleaners in Cincinnati area and Window Genie is the best by far. Cleaned disgusting skylights so they look like new. And my windows are sparkling. Other companies have left streaks and not wiped edges of panes thoroughly so after 1 rain storm everything was dirty again. We’ve had a major storm and my windows and skylights still look sparkling. Highly recommend.

Not only does this wonderful company do all window services but they have an amazing Christmas lighting program for your home. Everyone is so friendly and professional and the way they pay attention to every detail is amazing. Don’t hesitate to contact this company to get on their books in October.

Zack, Cody and Robbie did an outstanding job on our windows today! Nice to see clean glass and sill on the windows.

I had Mike and Tyler from Window Genie come out and clean my windows today. I can't say how great these two guys were. They were so thorough to make sure that I was pleased with everything. They really went above and beyond what I expected. I was hesitant because it seems like no one does a good job with anything these days, but these two gentleman truly cared about the work they did. I would highly recommend using this company to get your windows cleaned. I can't speak for the other employees, but I am assuming that they are all as good as Mike and Tyler.

Brady and Dylan did a great job. They were very friendly and carefully moved and replaced items in front of windows.

Very friendly. Cleaned 1 mirror I asked them to clean. Took pains cleaning each window. Been using this company for years. Very satisfied

Zack & Cody arrived early to get set up and they did a great job. Washed all windows (interior and exterior), power washed the concrete areas (driveway, walkway, porch, and patio)… and even made our patio furniture look like new, exceeding our expectations. They competed everything in only 3.5 hours. Highly recommended!

I had a very good experience with the services provided by Window Genie today. The Technician was punctual, professional and he did a fantastic job! His name was Dylan, and I have already recommended him and the company to my neighbors. I would be remiss if I didn't give the scheduler some credit, her name was Nicole; she got the service order correct and she completed follow-up after. Well done...folks...keep it up!

Let me preface this review by stating that I am a seventy five year old woman who has had medical issues that prohibit me from carrying heavy loads and climbing ladders with confidence. I called your company to help me take care of some needed maintenance for my house that had been neglected for several years because of these issues.
Zack and Cody came to my house yesterday. Both were very pleasant and got started on the job right away. I felt very safe and comfortable as they went about their work. They cleaned my gutters and washed my exterior windows and sills. Everything looks great and I was very pleased. What would have taken me days to do, they did in a few hours.
I let them know how grateful I was for their work and I will say here as I told them, “The services that you provide allow me to stay in my home longer. “
Zack and Cody were very fine representatives of your company. When I call again next year, I would be very happy if they were the team that showed up to my house.

Today was the first time using Window Genie. Dylan did a great job!! I will recommend this company and will have them come back in the spring. It’s so nice to look out of crystal clear windows!! Thank you!!

I highly recommend Window Genie for your outdoor holiday lighting decor!! They are amazing to work with - very reliable. And BTW - they do a great job with window cleaning as well!!

Everything went very smoothly, Window Genie came out on time to give an estimate, the cleaners showed up on time and worked really hard. Zack and Cody were great! The windows look amazing!

The men were very nice and did a great job on the gutters. A few of the windows have streaks and there was debris on the window sills that I had to clean again. I had cleaned the sills the day before when I took the screens out. They used the blower to clear the gutter debris. I would say it was a good not great job on the windows

Huge Pat-on-the back to the nice guys at Window Genie who cleaned our windows last week. They really worked to clean the interior and exterior picture windows in our vaulted family room. The windows never looked better and we really appreciate the professionalism of the guys on the job.
