Reviews of local pros in Maineville, Ohio

Mike and Tyler were fantastic to work with! They were quick, professional, and did an amazing job. Our windows are spotless now!

I couldn't be more impressed with the work Brady did on my property! He cleaned the windows, gutters, and pressure-washed my deck, and the results were absolutely stellar. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless. I highly recommend window genie and will definitely be calling again for future projects!

Just had windows cleaned by Window Genie. Brady and Robby did a great job and were really great to work with. They were friendly, polite and respectful to our property. Definitely would use Window Genie again.

John Marshall and his team provided great service and high quality work for my residence. They performed window and screen cleaning inside and out, power washed my driveway, sidewalk, and stairs, and cleaned out my plugged gutter downspout. I'm having them return in the fall after the leaves come down.

Representatives were very professional, on time, courteous and hard working. Miranda in the office was very responsive.

Results were fantastic. Windows look great! I had one touch up item I saw when I returned from work and they were very gracious in returning and taking care of it. The concrete looks new, in particular, my exterior steps to the basement were dirty nasty and now look refreshed. In addition to the sidewalk squares, they cleaned the curb on the street which had accumulated scum. It created instant "curb appeal!"

I will definitely be using Window Genie of NE Cincinnati in the future.

James and Jace did an excellent job power washing our house, garage and outbuilding. Our siding looks new again. I strongly recommend that you ask for these two guys if you want a professional job. Thanks James and Jace!

I needed a window privacy for my front door and window genie offered excellent options. An amazing customer service now no one can see in my front door, but I can see out. Check this company out if you want affordable window privacy options that look great.

Window Genie was great! They were so easy to deal with and Ryan was awesome. He is very good at his job! I absolutely love how our front door looks!

Zack and Cody provided excellent customer service when cleaning our windows. Ryan did an excellent job installing window film on some west facing windows. We are very pleased with the glare and heat reduction. Everyone was professional and courteous. Our windows shine!! I recommend Window Genie!

Zack and Cody did an excellent job cleaning the inside and outside of all our condo windows. All of the tracks were also cleaned. They worked together very efficiently, quickly, and professionally. I highly recommend them when your windows need cleaning.

These guys were top-notch professionals. Great quality, super knowledgeable, and worked very hard for 2 straight days to do all the windows in my house. Very communicative and flexible. Ask for John, Ryan, and Dreydan. They were excellent and I would definitely work with them again.

Quick response on getting an estimate and scheduling to have window film put on large picture windows. Installation went well. I am happy with the results.

Easy to schedule. Great reminders of appointment. Workers did a great job. I had other contractors working on our drck and they worked well with them to get the job done. Great pictures of before and after.

Mike and Tyler were an amazing team. They arrived a few min ahead of our scheduled time to let me know they were there. They checked for any open windows prior to my power washing (and one was slightly ajar!) They carefully removed some items to protect them like hanging baskets, etc. They did an exceptional job and did it timely. Noted a blockage in my gutter and removed something that fell into the downspout for me, which they didn’t have to do as they’d already put their things away! I would not hesitate to have this team come back for any of the services this company provides! Great job, guys! Thanks for a job well done!

Our house is basically a giant fishbowl with over 100+ windows, so you can imagine how important having clean windows are to us.

We’ve had Window Genie clean our windows for several years now and have always done an amazing job for us.

No matter how high or difficult to reach our windows are, they always seem to get them crystal clear inside and out.

The guys have always been super-friendly and courteous and we highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Window Genie for window cleaning and Christmas lights. I have had them do both in the past week. My windows were cleaned inside and out(including the screens). Their employees were courteous and did an outstanding job. They came back later in the week to install Christmas lights and wreaths. I was previously emailed a very detailed drawing of how the lights would be done and each section of the house was broken down by price. I will not tell you that it isn't expensive because it is, but they worked non-stop for over 6 hours to make sure everything was perfect. I am so happy with the way everything looks.

Technicians arrived on time were very polite & explained cleaning procedure. They had all equipment on a clean truck, they worked safely explained what they found in gutters & supplied pictures. I would use them again in the future if needed.

I will use Window Génie again for sure because of Andre, the gentleman who cleaned our windows. He was kind, respectful, hard working, an amazing communicator, not to mention the outstanding work he did. I would have him clean our windows every time, if that’s possible!

I asked Window Genie to clean windows of my vacant home before I put it on the market to sell. I was not able to be there the day we scheduled, however they came over, let themselves in and did an excellent job. Window Genie was efficient, arrived when they said they would and the charges did not exceed what I was quoted. I also like the fact that I could schedule them either thru email/website or over the phone. Will use them again at my new house.

Several employees came to our home to install Christmas lights on the roof line and lighted garland around the entrance. The products are high quality and were custom tailored to fit our home. We were impressed by the professionalism of all the employees, from our estimate, to questions regarding the process, to the actual installation. We are certainly looking forward to enjoying our beautifully decorated home this holiday season.

From the point that I contacted this company through the completion of the work, everything was absolutely professionally handled. Drew did a great job on the gutter clean out and was very conscientious about working around our home. I will use this company many times in the future!

Our window cleaner, Tyler, was a model of skill, friendliness, and professionalism. We had a full cleaning inside and out, and he immediately spotted that several screens had been put in backwards. He fixed that, and gave us a choice of whether to work outside or inside first, and which rooms to do indoors, and in what order. He masked when indoors, as we requested. He was a delight to work with. I told him I would tell the office to give him stock in the company...he was that good.
